Most people know me on here for the graphics I end up making on my site/shop, Tokki Berry. However, little do they know that I can write, too. I've been writing for as long as I can remember and have been designing since I was 11. I've really evolved through the years and the "skills" that you see are actually the result of years of practice. Other than writing or designing, I enjoy being a teenager. I live on a tiny island in the Pacific, and that calls for days at the beach or hiking, and then nights of pointless fun.

 

I first got into Kpop the summer of 2010. I watched Boys Over Flowers and from there, I really got into the music featured on the show (though, you wouldn't exactly consider it the Kpop I listen to now). After that, I stumbled upon a mychonny video on Youtube that was playing "Gara Gara Go!" by Big Bang. From there, I listened to Big Bang and was hooked. Big Bang was my first Kpop love ♡ I discovered AsianFanFics soon after. Back in 2010 when I first joined, SHINee was such a big thing here. At first, I was displeased with the overload of SHINee but in the end, I succumbed. From there, I ended up being a Shawol and have never looked back since.

 

I always thought I will always be a Shawol no matter how hard I try to love another band. I've tried to love Infinite with just as much affection as SHINee, but my efforts have been proven futile. I am a Shawol at heart. My first SHINee bias was Key, but I soon got a little disinterested in him after it became apparent that he is really quite the diva. My attention then turned to Taemin, and I feel like he is the one, so to speak. My Kpop soulmate. He has this spunk that I enjoy observing. He's also a cute kid, and no matter how hard he'll try, I won't ever shake off the idea in my head that Lee Taemin is the baby of SHINee. That's just how it is.

But then came EXO. I have loved them just as much as I love SHINee and I am convinced that this is the one other band that I am so entirely devoted to. My favorites fluctuate from time to time. In the beginning, I had found an affliction towards the dancing machine, Kai. Then Luhan's mortally impossible beauty enraptured me whole. Sehun has also got a certain hold of me that I can not begin to explain as well. Kai is a human being with an amazing talent, something that makes up for his lack of personality. Luhan is something the world's greatest scientists have yet to determine because it feels like he fits right for the motif of EXO: he's out of this world. Sehun is just as gorgeous as well, with a wall that you want to knock down.

 

 

 

I like other things than Kpop. I like Harry Potter and One Direction. I also enjoy reading works by authors like F. Scot Fitzgerald, Edith Wharton, JK Rowling, and Ernest Hemingway. I do pick up things here and there from Sophie Kinsella and Meg Cabot. I enjoy going for a jog or run by the beach at sunset ♡ I listen to other things, too. I like indie bands and country music. Movies I enjoy watching are romantic comedies and political dramas. I also love The Godfather and Roman Holiday.
