Welcome to this slightly dead account full of outdated ships and a bit of cringe. I like writing fluff and almost exclusively fluff. 

Maybe one day I'll write a new fic but that day isn't today. Instead, here I am writing a new bio because I noticed it severely needs an update.

So, where do I start now? My old bio was kinda all over the place but hi! I'm Niki but I also go by art/arti online because of my other internet alias, Artiikii! My username here was taken from the (OG?) fandom names for SHINee's Key (Lockets) and SHINee's Onew (MVPs) though I'm like 80% sure Key has been calling his fans Lil Freaks lately. I'm too attached to change it so here I am. 

Anyway, apparently, I've been a fan of 2009, amazing. I thought it was 2012 or 2010 but I guess not lol. My first KPOP group was either SHINee or Super Junior after my sister's friend showed her a video and then my sister later showed me. Been hooked ever since. I always attribute SHINee to being my first group because they're kinda like my ult group and Key is my ult bias. My current favourite group right now, though, is SEVENTEEN, with my main bias being Seungkwan (yes, I have a consistent bias in SVT, I've been a Seungkwan stan practically since their debut. The only time I strayed was predebut when I was a Vernon/Hansol stan lol but when they debuted I got the chance to learn about Seungkwan a bit more and I fell in love). If I had to choose a bias wrecker I'd probably say Mingyu or Joshua, though obviously, they all attack me to various degrees.

Some other groups I like/liked (still like but most of the groups have since disbanded) are (in no specific order): TVXQ/JYJ (not as much as my sister), EXO (duh most of my old fics are Taochen), BOYFRIEND/BF, NU'EST (rip :'c), C-Clown, SNSD, aespa, IMFACT, MYNAME, Big Bang, 2NE1, BLACKSWAN, f(x), NCT, CLC, ZE:A, U-KISS, MBLAQ, B1A4, TEEN TOP, Block-B, JJCC, INFINITE (not hardcore tho), VIXX, missA, B.A.P,  FTISLAND (kind of), Epik High (also kind of), The Ark (even if they were short-lived, The Light was still a bop), From The Airport (k-indie but still notable and good music), Samuel,

Groups I'm trying to get into (but am not fully invested yet; aka a lot of girl groups): TAN (primarily because of Jaejun), Billlie, kep1er, BlackPink (not a full-on stan/blink but also can't say I don't enjoy their music), g(i-dle), VIVIZ, Love X Stereo (k-indie but I like a couple of their songs and feel like I'm the ONLY one who noticed the intro of WADADA sounds exactly like the beginning of Rage Is Not Enough but pitched/sped up; also love the electro vibe they have)

 

Anyway, let's briefly talk about my fics (or lack of new ones) and ships; I haven't written kpop fics in a while because i do realize its a bit creepy/weird to write fics for real people but when I do write kpop fics, I mainly write fluff. No, I do not believe my ships are actually real, it's just some innocent fun, hence I only write fluff for the most part. Though some are pretty believable if I'm being honest. Anyway, the main things I ship are: MinKwan/BooGyu (seungkwanxmingyu),  TaoChen (taoxchen duh), WonTaek (leoxravi) but I also ship ChanSoo (EXO), KaiBaek (EXO), ChanHun (EXO),  Jeongcheol (SVT), HanSoo (SVT), SeokSoon (SVT), i shipped DongVin (Kevin & Dongho from U-KISS) for a period, YoungWoo (BF), and probably more I cant remember. And yes, they are mainly BL/ sorry- I have a few straight ships but not many. 

I also write fics on FF.net and AO3 but they're mainly anime and specifically Shugo Chara, though I've been trying to branch out and have written/posted a few Miraculous Ladybug fics as well. Currently trying to finish off a re-write of an old Shugo Chara fic and working on what hopefully will be my last Shugo Chara fic. Also re-wrote several other old fics that have been sitting around.

As for KPOP, I have a Boogyu fic idea but idk how to go about doing it since it'd be about their 'arguments' which they apparently call 'twelves' and I can't think of an argument they'd have where one of them would actually get offended. I was also rewriting/editing an old OC fic involving EXO but I'm not sure if I should continue it because of Chen being married (I think he was meant to be one of my main suitors alongside Tao) and also it being OT12. It was supposed to be a Magic AU similar to Harry Potter lol. 

I also dabble in RP, mainly on FB where I muse Seungkwan because I started rping him and grew attached so I don't want to change because I'm afraid I'll immediately miss being Seungkwan lol. Currently floating in a dead rp on my 'main' rp account but I made a new account at first to make my own rp (which failed but I'll try again...eventually) but now I'm debating joining a new rp until I get that figured out. Been rping for 5-6 years now and was starting to get burnt out but I've made so many good friends that it's hard to stay away (even if I have horrible luck with love life in rp lol both of my long-term partners disappeared, though at least one said goodbye- the other I'm still waiting for but...it's getting to be fairly long since they disappeared so I should probably give up)
