f(x) – I’ll start with my bias group. The first song I have ever heard from them is Chu, only through my best friend’s constant nagging had I accepted to watch its video. But I didn’t expect it will leave a mark on my mind. F(x) became the trailblazer to other kpop groups I had come to love. Their closeness was what got me hooked into them, and unlike other girl groups, their shared bond and care for each other is untoppable.

 Amber Josephine Liu. Her being boyish was what set her apart from the others, andfrom the moment I laid eyes on her, I knew right then and then that she is entirely different. My personal bias, I mean, my WIFE. (Yes, I am married to her, mentally.

Victoria Song. My mental umma. She dazzled me on WGM. I fell incrush with her charm, her attitude, and her quirkiness.

I am in favor of the Amtoria pairing. At first I actually loved Kryber, but I lost interest in them. I still read  Kryber fics in fact, I love those.

They are fierce, and that’s what caught my attention. And also, they produce good quality music. Their individuality was really something I appreciated. The first song I heard from them is Fire. Their tracks are great drivers for when someone really needs to keep their bloods pumping, well of course with the exemption of Lonely, my personal favorite. I love Minzy and Dara among the four of them, but ofcourse they are all sleek and worthy of praises.

       

 

SHINee

My bias male group. I can’t even choose who among them is my personal bias. On the outset, I loved Taemin among all five, but after watching their videos, I suddenly started to question my ‘loyalty’ to JUST Taemin. But now, I am in the middle of the spectrum; one end leads to Key while the other, to Onew In just a span of 3 weeks, (it took me three weeks to watch videos related to my princes) I LOVED THEM ALL. I can’t choose it actually hurts. My pairing would be 2Min, JongKey, and OnKey/OnTae. The first SHInee song that got my hooked is Ring Ding Dong.

Big Bang

Nobody does it like Big Bang. For me they are the male counterparts of 2NE1 and their being bred on the same music company (YG) is a big plus. They are equally fierce and they know it. HANDS DOWN to these masters.

Kwon Jiyong and Choi Seunghyun. I personally think that they are the kings of the KPOP-dom; their voices, their craft, their talents, everything. Just... Everything. And yes, I ship GTOP.
