A sounds like a cliché to me.
B could be interesting if it would be written properly. I can imagine something like the drama 'W'.
C screams cliché more than option A to me. Plus it sounds kind of vague/plotless.
Perhaps it would be nice to mention which type of characters or genres you like to work with, so I can give better advice/help???
