Hello fellow Asianfanfics reader/writer
Pardon this awkward introduction. I am a writer and artist (though my art if you ask me) hoping to pursue a career in travel and novel writing—though right now I suppose my focus will be on novel writing, as traveling costs quite a bit of money. I primarily write romance, though I plan to branch out into other genres (such as sci-fi, fantasy, horror, etc.). I always strive to improve and expand myself as a writer, so by supporting me you will not constantly be reading the same types of stories. You can also follow me on my journey as a writer and discover, while I too discover, what I am good at writing and where I need to improve. Your feedback and support will be a vital part of helping me realize my dream of being a fulltime writer.
Why did I start crowdfunding on AFF?
Honestly the little bit of extra income would be very helpful. But my hope is that I can eventually turn writing into a full-time job, rather than just something I do as a hobby. And I'm hoping that crowdfunding through AFF will be a step in that direction.
What makes me different from others seeking crowdfunding on AFF?
I can't speak for everyone, as I have not seen what every other author seeking help through crowdfunding is offering their supporters. However, from what I have seen, I believe that I offer more in the way of rewards than most other crowdfunding authors. Not only will you be given the special privileges set up through Asianfanfics (such as early access to chapters, single page view of stories, etc.), but I offer much more than just the baics. Some of the other rewards I offer are:
♥ the ability to help me decide on projects
♥ previews of chapters (access to the first two pages of new chapters, once they are written)
♥ a peek into my writing process so you can follow as I plan and write stories
♥ access to deleted chapters or alternate versions of chapters (if there are any)
♥ first dibs to any albums I am selling or photocards I am trading/selling (before I post them on social media)
Also, unlike most authors that I have seen, I have clear goals in mind for future projects so that supporters can get more out of their money in the long run.
NOTE: Due to Paypal's fees, I receive less than half of the $1 from this crowdfunding. If you would like to support me more you can either do so via paypal.me (I'm not sure if this will be more, but I'm hoping so) or by sending directly to me on paypal @bloodyravens (if you use the friends & family option then there are no fees--at least there weren't last time I used it).
What are my goals?
Well, if you support me then you will have access to a crowdfunders only discord server that I have set up, where you can view a clear list of my goals. But, to name some of my plans for the future:

Crowdfunding is a way for supporters to send their favorite authors tips, donations, and the necessary funding to help them continue producing great content. We set ourselves apart from other crowdfunding programs in that we do not charge extra fees (we don't need it) and our authors keep more of what they get.
This is an invite-only program for vetted authors to ensure that our members are safe in entrusting them with their sponsorship. When you purchase one of an author's tiers, you become a monthly sponsor of their work with added abilities such as access to early chapter releases or downloadable PDFs. Unsubscribing is also easy and can be done from here or through your PayPal account.
Transactions should be instant but if you don't see yourself subscribed to your chosen tier 10-20 minutes after your purchase, please send a message to the author letting them know of your subscription.

A note from the founder: As the founder of Asianfanfics, I've met many wonderful writers on this site. As I've gotten to know them over the years, I've come to find that many of my friends here struggle to get by whether it be paying for school, everyday essentials, or what really gets to me, medical bills. After trying to see what could be done to help through crowdfunding, it became clear that dedicated crowdfunding platforms take out too much in fees. That's why I started this program just for authors so that they can receive the support they need without a middleman taking a chunk out of it.
