At first I thought they had feelings for each other beyond siblings relationship, then than they are not the Primer Minister children, I don't know maybe orphans who the prime minister took in his care. Now I don't know maybe Myungsoo is neglecting Tiffany because one day he will be the only one inheriting everything, but I don't think he's selfish and he seems to take care and protect Tiffany.
