time to get technical I guess. the colors are a hallucination brought on by the drugs Tao has taken. The colors come from his subconscious and theoretically carry different memories. which you see in the story, during the flashbacks. They aren't really there obviously.

and on the subject of making a full fic, I probably won't do that. but I have an idea for writing from Kris' pov and after Tao's death.

crying its such a nice fic! what's the colors anyway? that part i don't get. why not write this into a full fic? as in a chaptered one? i think that might be nice.....

This was amazing.. so beautiful, but so freaking sad. I can't even explain it. I love the way you wrote it so you could only speculate what else happened, how Tao got into the drugs, what Kris' reaction will be when he finds out about Tao. Just, all of it. ;n; I love it but oh god my hearrrrt.
