Don't you think the title should be capitalized properly? like, 'He Used But I'm Still Pregnant? Ottake?'
It would also helps a lot if you remove those symbols. Yes, they are lovely, but not for titles and such.

Please lessen using these (",') its hard for me to read the story and I guess, you have a lot of space there to write? So yeah, you can just press enter so the next text will be on the bottom of your last text then you can type their the convo/conversation of someone, then enter again when it's going to be another person, don't get me wrong, I'm just trying to help.
