(Quick note: I've always been bored with the romance in most fics, which sort of makes reading stories here a bit difficult... I'm working on trying to appreciate romance.)

ANYWAY: I like horror and LOVE thriller stories. I love riddles and psychological elements of stories. I'm one of those people that will think about a riddle for an hour or more just to figure it out. Thriller stories, when written well, give this sort of adrenaline rush when the reveal comes, and I love that rush.

especially when they involve mystery (particularly because i love crime or detective things, and squeezing my brain to think of something to solve the problem), i doooo love it :D

I love reading horror/thriller fics because I think it's really hard to induce elements of fear through words (its a lot easier in visual representations, like films for example). I am picky however, but if a fic truly sends shivers down my spine then I know Ive hit the jackpot :)

My fav horror/dark fic on aff is called "in memoriam meliora" and its prequel "consisus"!!

I have. Horror/Thriller isn't really the genres I familiarize myself with, but I don't mind checking one out if it seems interesting. That's the reason I've read any of the ones I have in the past, because they sounded cool and interesting, and they were!

i do read thriller/crime fics, quite often actually if im satisfied with the portrayal of the characters. but i can be quite picky. true horror is not my thing, it just doesn’t interest me.

Honestly, I don't read them except for one. One of my favorite writers on AFF just started writing a short horror fic and it has elements of romance and stuff. I was honestly attracted because of the author.
