OMG Jojo's Bizarre Adventure! I loved it so much back then. It's so random and funny. And lol Joseph Joestar with the dramatic reactions and the English! "OOOOOH NOOOO!" "OOOOH MAI GAWDDDD!"
I don't think there's been an anime so good it had me addicted. I will admit though that a few years back, Bleach was so good that my brother and I watched loads of it after starting and it was the coolest thing ever. Too bad the show ended up in such a sad state of affair.
But yeah, apart from that, nothing really charmed me like that since. There are a lot I really enjoyed and would consider my favourites, but that's as far as they go.
Addicted....I guess it would have to be Detective Conan, considering that I've been watching it for over 20 years now. But currently, I'm really loving Yuri!! ON ICE since I just re-watched it for their 1st anniversary, and now I'm watching Free! Also, I could never get bored re-watching Tanaka-kun. It's so chill~
Well, the latest anime that I had gotten addicted to was Haikyuu. I don't know what happened or how it all went down, but after watching season one and finding it pretty okay and not as great as everyone else was saying, I find myself not being able to stop thinking about it a few days later (to be specific, the characters, they were what I found most interesting). Suddenly I found myself on AO3 a lot more reading fanfics (mostly IwaOi cause that's my ship and Seijoh are my boys and I love them), and then I went back and finished season two and three even though I had planned to later in the future lol. And then I feel into the loop. This was like a couple or few months ago tho, I haven't been as addicted recently, thankfully haha.
