The only thing that people seem to say when Yeeun passes by is "oh, she's pretty but plain." Nothing about her looks tend to stick out much, which is why she isn't afraid to be herself and let her personality shine. To tell you the truth, she didn't really expect all the popularity after she debuted as a member of Ursa.
The thing Yeeun cherishes the most her her hair. she usually keeps it long and with see through bangs, with it dyed some shade of brown or black. Yeeun has two piercings in each ear, and a cartilage piercing on her right ear although she doesn't often wear earrings. She likes to keep her makeup to a minimal and prefers natural looks, although she tends to choose eyeshadows that are pink toned or coral makeup looks occasionally.
Her body type is pear shaped, with her lower half being thicker than the top. She takes great pride in working out since she can't change her body type. Yeeun also has a stick and poke tattoo of a rose on her inner arm that she designed herself, and a tiny heart on her right ankle. 

Much like her looks, nothing really stands out about her fashion choices outside of people noticing her clothing is rather cute and girly despite Ursa's concept. Yeeun prefers pastel colors or black and white, and she prefers shorts or skirts or leggings to jeans, and puts comfort over style. However, if she does wear jeans, they're always high waisted and stretchy (jeggings are life). She actually loves to wear high waisted pants with crop tops. She also wears a lot over over sized shirts as she finds them comfortable. Yeeun's not big on accessories either, maybe a choker or some earrings but not much more.

The first thing people usually notice about Yeeun's personality is how hard-working she is. She doesn't like to settle for less and will push others into doing their best as well. Yeeun is also quite honest. She tells people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear so they'll feel better. She would like others to do the same for her as she is very excellent at taking criticism and is quite self-aware. She's the first person to point out her own flaws and is very aware of her strengths and weaknesses. If she can't finish a task by herself she'll seek out someone who is known to be proficient in the area she's lacking in and if she notices someone lacking at something she excels in she'll make sure to quickly offer her help. Despite being the first to point out her flaws and poke fun at herself, she's quite optimistic and prefers to look at the bright side of life. When her members are down she's the first to read the atmosphere and cheer them up, even if that usually is at her expense. She isn't afraid to make herself look like an airhead if it's for her friends. She can be quirky and add hilarious comments to any conversation. Yeeun likes to observe others and by doing so she's the first person to know when someone's upset by the vibe they give off .
Yeeun can be very moody at times. One moment she's happy and laughing, and the next she's crying. She's quite emotional at times, always being the first to cry at a sad movie or when one of her members are crying as well. Although she can be short-tempered and gets annoyed very easily, she chooses to take out her frustrations by dancing or writing lyrics in her notebook she always has on her. Perhaps that's where her real hard-working personality lies. She simply doesn't want to bother her members with her issues as she knows they have enough going on in their personal life as well. Despite this, she's never been good at hiding the emotions on her face and will show annoyance or pout when things don't go her way. She'd never say it though, but she's constantly snapping at people inside her head.
Yeeun also has an adventurous side to her. She curious about the world around her and loves to go on random adventures even if it's at her expense, like getting caught on a date, in the end. She loves to go driving around at 3am or go to the Hann River at night time just to get out and do something. Yeeun constantly feels like the idol life is restricting her, even though she wouldn't change it for anything.
She loves her job and is prepared to put on a fake mask and start hiding her emotions for it, even if it costs her her own happiness which is what she does nowadays. Her confidence has slowly dissolved and she prefers to hide herself instead of push herself in the middle of everything like she did in Ursa's early days. She feels awkward around her members and slowly became a wallflower. But that's okay, as long as the people around her are happy.
She knows she'll explode one day, and she's hoping the media won't be around when she does.

Yeeun was born in Busan, South Korea to middle class parents who owned their own pork restaurant. Her childhood was very normal by all means. Yeeun enjoyed watching television and music, and drawing like all children did. But the boringness of her own life is what made her strive to be different. 
She decided to become an idol after days of thinking about her future and how to get out of her normal routine. While deciding this, her parents were slowly becoming bankrupt as their pork restaurant wasn't doing so well. Yeeun was even more set on becoming an idol after becoming aware of her families situation. She wanted to become a good daughter to her parents and give them a good life. She was prepared to do anything she needed to do to achieve her goals, even if that meant moving to Seoul on her own at the age of 14 to start training at Cube Entertainment.
As Cube Entertainment recently debuted their first girl group, 4minute, Yeeun knew it would be a while until she would debut. With her family giving any money they could to Yeeun to support her training and housing costs, Yeeun knew they couldn't go on very long. In addition to being a trainee and going to school, Yeeun got herself a part time job at a cafe in 2010, just a year into her training. She was exhausted, but would never let it show. She learned from a young age how to hide her inner feelings, even though the dark circles under her eyes couldn't lie.
She trained with members of Apink and was said to debut with them and even moved over to A Cube Entertainment when it was established with the other members in 2011. However, just a month before their set debut date, Yeeun exhaustion started to take a harder toll on her young body. She would collapse in the practice room or after monthly evaluations, and after the third time of this the company dropped her from the lineup.
Although she was still a trainee as her contract hadn't expired, Yeeun only started to work even harder to prove herself. She was upset with herself and stayed until late in the night practicing by herself. She decided that if she couldn't do school while being a trainee and working, she would just have to let her school life suffer. Her grades started falling and she would often get in trouble for sleeping in class, but it was worth it for her dream, right?
As Yeeun continued to train under A Cube, she realized her parents couldn't afford to help her any longer and broke her ties with the company in 2012 as she knew she they weren't planning on debuting another girl group for quite some time. Yeeun then moved back to Busan for a short period while audition for other companies. She helped her parents out while being at home and eventually found herself as a trainee for High Rise Entertainment 4 months later.

After a year of training under High Rise, Yeeun debuted as a member of Ursa in 2014. As High Rise's first girl group, the girls were under a lot of pressure especially as the girl crush concept wasn't exactly popular at the time. However, as Ursa made a name for themselves, Yeeun found herself with a lot more attention on her than what she first anticipated.
She was always told to set still and look pretty while appearing on television, however that never resonated well with her. She held her own opinions in sure, but she was never afraid to let her own personality shine through on talk shows and interviews. What started off as her just being herself soon became an image for her, and she was always known to be the oddball of the group for it.
Yeeun would be lying to herself if she said the attention didn't change her. She soon started to unintentionally steal the spotlight from her other members and would say or do something completely off topic just to get the focus on herself. This went on for a while until fans slowly started to become annoyed by her.
Yeeun became quiet for a while. The harsh criticism did get to her a bit, but she always found herself going back to her old ways as for ever hater there was twice the amount of fans.
In early 2019, all this changed for Yeeun. She was caught on a date by netizens and no matter how hard the company tried to cover it up, in the end Yeeun ended up losing the majority of her fans. The tables had turned and there was soon more anti's than fans and their words were stronger than ever. No matter what Yeeun would say or do she would be seen as the bad guy trying to overshadow her members.
At first, Yeeun tried to get out of the spotlight some. She felt bad for her actions as she was aware of them, but they had somehow became second nature to her. She was soon called lazy and untalented by those same antis. 
Yeeun went back to what she knew best - spending all her free time in the practice rooms dancing her anger out.For 2020, Yeeun wanted to completely reinvent herself. She had lost a bit of weight which was evident to the fans she had left and developed a bit of an anxiety towards being in the public eye. She just wanted the approval of her fans back, and was willing to do whatever it takes.
She started to put on a fake mask in public and hold her tongue more. Of course, those that had stuck by her side throughout all this knew she was acting different which made fans start petitions online for the hate to stop. Yeeun was aware of this, but she knew their requests would only do more harm than good. She had to be the one to change, and prove to the public she had, and was determined to do whatever it takes.
