I BADLY NEED YOUR HELP GUYSS PLSSS

I had a dream and in my dream I was swimming towards someone. It was in the sea but the sea had something like that of swimming pools where u can sit at the edge u know those cement but it wasnt a swimming pool in my dream it was the sea and a guy was sitting on that cement at the edge and i was swimming towards him and then he grabbed my hand but he didnt lift me up he just held my hand like that while i was still on the water. Help me guys i've been dreaming about this guy for some time now and this one dream i cant find the meaning online. Comment below pls about what u think and what u know. I need answers. I would rly appreciate it. Thanks :)

since i once was told from my psychiatrist, that the person in your dream is actually someone you have met/seen before. He could be your friend or a guy who passed by you the other day(?) c: and dreams are actually complicated since it's more of the symbolic rather than actual thing or a.k.a mystery.

Well. I think that it's a sign that if you're in trouble, there's someone who's going to help you--maybe your friends, your family, it could be anyone. Or it could be that he's giving you strength to move forward with whatever you're dealing with. I highly doubt your dream involves romance between you and the guy. These are just my thoughts, please don't take me seriously, I could be wrong haha ^^;
