Hi! :)

I have been searching for a story recently, but I can't find it. I'm sure I've read the stories before, but I haven't made an account back then. It's lurking somewhere in my memory, but I can't remember the title.

It's a story about Cheon Sung Im (Song Ji Hyo). I think the first part was where Ji Suk Jin and Yoo Jae Suk adopted Cheon Sung Im from an orphanage. I somehow remember that she ended up in a hospital, and Suk Jin and Jae Suk didn't know her name. When they decided to adopt her, they named her Song Ji Hyo. 

I think the Song part came because she likes something related to music (I'm not sure), Ji came from Suk Jin's name and Hyo came from Jae Suk's name, modified. I can't remember anything apart from that.

If anyone feels familiar to this story, would you please tell me what the title is? A rough description of it is okay. It doesn't have to be the exact title. Thanks!
