APPEARANCE ♡ Standing 160cm high and weighing 50 kg to match her height, you can consider Jinhee as one of those cute petite girls. Her before long waist length soft brownish wavy hair before is now cut up to her shoulder because of a kid who  accidentally stuck a bubble gum on her hair when she was in middle school. She is certainly a baby-face with a pair of dark brown orbs, a small pointy nose and pale pink-ish lips. She also has the fair skin other girls would dream of having, a product of not going out of the house if unnecesary. These are all typical traits from a girl who's practically cooped up in her room all day. Not most people notice this but to people close to her, the most attractive thing about Jinhee is her cute dimple on her left cheek that appears whenever she smiles. 

STYLE ♡ Jinhee only wants three things when it comes to clothes. First of all, decent. She is not the type to wear revealing clothes and the farthest she can go are sleeveless, not-so short shorts, and thigh length skirt (with a short underneath of course.) And her brothers would surely kill her if she wears skimpy and inappropriate clothes. Second, feminine. She would make sure her clothes still give out the girl clothe vibe as a prrof that she is still a straight woman, opposite to what her brothers claim. and lastly, comfortable clothes. That's a no brainer since clothes are meant for comfort and convenience right?  She only wears dresses, heels, accessories and make-up on special occasions. She's the type who goes out of the house with leggings, oversized shirt, and her wristwatch.

PERSONALITY ♡
{Mama told me when I was young to never lie because if I did, my nose will grow long} "And we'll surely cut it if that happens." says her three brothers. And despite being eighteen, she still actually believes the rubbish her brothers says. Jinhee  indeed still has a long way ahead of her. She has a lot to learn and controlling is one. She is not the talkative type and she's more of the 'actions speak louder than voice' type but when she decides to speak her mind, it can't be stop until you decide to tape with a duct tape like whoa there kid hold your horses. That happens because she speaks without thinking. Her comments are most of the time helpful because she's being honest but then again the truth hurts. Sometimes she uses the wrong words that lead to misunderstandings. She would always end up unintentionally hurting people's feelings, one thing that she hates the most. That has been her problem ever since forever. Luckily Baekhyun, one of the very few people who survived her tactlessness,  gave her the advice to give an opinion when it's only really necessary. And when she was about to defend that he might become bored of her, "Oh come on Jinnie. What are friends for right? Friends don't bore each other. It's okay if you don't talk, I'll do the talking so you don't have to worry." Her sharp tongue is specifically handy during the times when the convenient store is in pandemonium and Joonmyun oppar can't handle it anymore, he would look for Jinhee and automatically, Jinhee would slay with her words.

"You only love once" Once she's taken a like on you, you've got to get to use to her being around you. Yes you'll undoubtedly love her for being a thoughtful maknae who obeys sunbaes, unlike Sehun who whines every single time. (Sehun: Hey!) She does more work than breaking things, which made Joonmyun adore her. She listens well to adults because she's still a kid. And makes you want to squish her to death as you want to do to Kyungsoo. No matter how pure her love is, there's only one thing that would make you rethink your life decisions. And that's being clingy. She is one clingy monster that would out life out of you and her greatest weapon is aegyo. She always put her best on the things she do and if she does a good job, she would expect a pat on a head or a small compliment. Jinhee is fond of giving random hugs. Like a mushroom, she would pop out of nowhere and hug you for a second before going back to work. If no one wants to pat/hug her, she would ask a good customer to do so which is utterly weird and would make you question "Why do you do that woman?" People sometimes flock inside the convenient store just to see the adorable part-timer, and that alone causes 1/4 of Jooonmyun's daily headaches. She would send you never forget to send you text messages. It's okay since she is thoughtful, but receiving 15 messages a day is definitely not normal. Also, wherever you are, expect she's there.  And even if she's not there, you will get the feeling that she's just there, ninja-ing around you. And worse, even in your dreams, it has Jinhee in it. /shivers Really creepy.

{I'm an angel with a shotgun, fire till the war's done. I don't care if heaven won't take me back.} Jinhee is a walking fluff ball.  Just like Do Kyungsoo. You have to admit it. Do not deny it. Her mere presence alone is capable of killing you with fluff. When you think you need to protect this little thing from being tainted by the trainwreck happening in XOXO, you're wrong. Unfortunately Jinhee is not someone to be underestimated just because she is a fluff ball. Even Seo Jinhee is capable of thinking evil thoughts like throwing a whole box of milk on Chanyeol and Jongdae whenever they bully Sehun. Or pair up with Kyungsoo in his Satansoo mode. Or hitting Kris in the head then gasp, "Oh no Master Kris died!" (Because of his knife-like chin lmao. Okno moving on...) All for the sake of pranks and laughs. Getting on her bad side is a different thing though. There are two things to do to get to Jinhee's dark side. One is to mess with her family and friends. Two is steal her food. Dare to hurt her precious family and friends and co-employees at XOXO, she'll drag you to a hell you can never imagine. She won't stop until you call for you eomma and appa. (Baekhyun: That sounds so wrong in so many ways. JonginKai: Well that's so .) What's worst stealing her food? (Jongdae: There was once when I accidentally ate the chocolate chip cookies Sehun gave her. And istg I never did it again.) Always remember not to mess with anyone who takes evil lesson under Do Kyungsoo and Wushu lesson under Huang Zitao.

BACKGROUND ♡

Jinhee grew into a family with six members; her parents and three older brothers. Her parents brought her up to be a filial lady. They sent her to a private school, give Jinhee the time she needs as a kid and such. And they were satisfied on how she grew up to be. While she got her bad traits from her brothers. Being an only girl among the siblings only results to three kinds: tomboy, princess or a girl adopting some of the traits of the boys. The latter happened because her brothers didn't want her to be extrememly boyish or extremely pampered. And the three idiots were glad of the outcome. 

Going to her social life, well, she had friends here and there but there's this guy who stuck to her like glue and was extremely loyal to her. Her friend from elementary up until today, the one and only Byun Baekhyun. It may sound so unfortunate that this girl had to spend her puberty and adolescence with a guy who does switch light dances and a true blue Sonyeo Shidae stan but to Jinhee, it's one of the happiest thing that happened to her. They went through a lot of shiets in life; from Baekhyun fending of the evil from her angelic friend (or that's what he thinks she is) to Jinhee fighting for the last SNSD concert ticket for Byun Baekhyun. They also had their fair share of fights and wars but all of it strengthened their friendship and no matter what happens, it will not break easily. "All for one, one for all." the promise they made together. "Jinhee-yah, if you break this promis--" "I don't break promises Baekhyun-ah, unless it's a matter of life and death. But knowing you, it's okay to me. If you break your promise, I'll just have to sell all you SNSD merch and sell you to your fangirls at school." Silence. "You are so heartless, Jinhee."

— I'm applying part-time since I'm in my senior high. (Joonmyun: Oh? But you don't need money so why?) Aside from the money, I am after the experience of having to work in an environment like this. And also, Byun Baekhyun told me to come and work with him so hehehe. For the schedule, since I have classes Monday to Friday until 12, I guess I can take the night shift? From 1pm onwards? When it's Saturday, I can be there all day while a day-off on Sunday. Will that be okay? /nods with a smile

What would you do if Kyungsoo is beating you up?
— I believe he would not do that to his own disciple. Won't he? But just in case he beats me up, I'll of course would retaliate. Even if it pains me to hurt my squishy master, sorry not sorry. You hurt a girl, I hurt you.

— Singing "Gee" is an everyday scene in my life and I'm okay with it. But to see Byun Baekhyun twerk, holy mother of byuns someone call an exorcist my friend has been possessed! And while you people are at it, someone wash my eyes with holy water...

SUMMARY ♡
Describing Sehun is a very simple task.  Oh Sehun is definitely a boy made of sugar, spice and everything not that nice. Since he's the youngest, he was always the baby of the group. (Jinhee: Among the guys yes. Sehun: I swear you are so bitter of my maknae title...) His hyungs are split into two groups: one group is in charge of slaving Sehun while the other is the one who helps him, which Sehun thinks there's really no need to. He isn't the type to rely too much on other people's help, though he has become a little spoiled. He may whine and complain about the chores and the things his hyungs asks him to do, he still tries his utmost best to do his job properly. He wants to prove that he can stand on his own feet and do work like his hyungs would do.  (Joonmyun: Actually minus the damages he creates, Sehun is doing a great job! And that I have to commend. )Working in XOXO Convenient Store has taught him independence and it helped him to mature a little bit, very fitting of his age. 

Being mature aside, let's talk about how lovable this maknae is. On how childlike this creature is because seriously if he only smiled often, he would be the fluffball #3, next to Kyungsoo and Jinhee. He's completely adorable whenever he drinks his chocolate bubble tea. He is really funny when he tries to convince his hyungs that his grown up. It is cute when his sticks up his tongue while rearranging the shelves located on his aisle. The way he fights for the things that belongs to him. The way he pouts when he doesn't get what he wants. The way he shyly smiles. The way he sulks. The way he cries. The way he stutters in front of noonas. His smiling lines. His lisp. His weak self. From the big things up to the small things, basically everything about him is lovable. Despite being twenty Sehun is still the kid he is. A kid that needs love... And more crack  and fluff and rainbows in life. Not the crack as in drugs okay? 

There are two things that Sehun needs to have in order to live. Bubbletea and Luhan ( Jinhee: It's actually me. Sehun: In your dreams. ) For his dislikes, Sehun doesn't like people who stalks him and invades his private life. And a message to those who go to the convenient store just to see them... ( Sehun: Please at least buy something so we could have more income! Jinhee: Really. That's your problem? Joonmyun: I like the way you are thinking, kid. Good job! )

FIRST MEETING ♡ Prior to meeting at XOXO, Sehun and Jinhee had already met before. It was in McDonalds.
When Jinhee was in middle school, she had the habit of going to the fast food chain near their school every Friday as a pay for her hardwork every week. Dragging her BFFL Byun Baekhyun, she skipped to the place that would save her from hunger. She pushed the glass door and automatically, the smell of instant food invaded her sense of smell.
"Yah Jinhee-ah. You're drooling." Baekhyun said.
"Nice try Baek. Nice try."
"Yah shouldn't you be calling me sunbae, senpai or oppa? I'm like four years older than you." he scolded.
Jinhee let out a unlady-like snort, which she only does around Baek. "We've been through this Baekhyun-ah. Now stop asking the impossible and go buy my food." she said as she pushed him to the line.
"I get it already now stop pushing!" While Baekhyun was fishing out his wallet from his pocket, Jinhee ordered their food. The lady in-charge on the cashier got shocked on how much a small body like Jinhee's could contain a one piece chicken with rice + chicken burger + two large fries + Oreo McFlurry overload + Iced Tea drink. And Baek's order wasn't even punched in yet.
"Pardon the girl's bottomless stomach, Miss. Please add a McSpaghetti meal right there and a float." Baekhyun offered a shy smile, clearly embarassed of his friends big appetite. Jinhee just shrugged and went to find them a seat. Lucky enough, she found a seat for two beside the window. As she was waiting for the food and Baek who was busy flirting with the cashier so they could get a discount or something, Jinhee heard a high-pitched squeal just behind her.
"Look! There's the cute waiter over there!" the girl excitedly pointed out to her friends.
Unintentionally eavesdropping, Jinhee's eyes followed the line of sight of the noisy girl, landing on an indeed fine man serving the food of the customers.
"He's so hot like I think I'm gonna die now." the group of girls squealed again among themselves, fanning their warming cheeks as they fangirl over the poor guy.
*Girls this days. I mean he is handsome but sadly no effect on me.* Finding the topic boring, Jinhee just shook her head and was about to lay her head on the table when a tray full of food magically appeard in front of her. From the bored Jinhee, she turned into a girl whose eyes are shining because of food. She felt her stomach growl.
"Took you long enough Baek-"
Instead of her friend's usual gay-ish voice, a deep soothing voice answered her. "I'm sorry ma'am but I'm not Baek or whoever he is." 
Her eyes grew wide and snapped her head to look at the person... It was the fine-looking waiting staff! Jinhee took a sharp breathe intake, totally swept off her feet by this handsome stranger. 
*I eat up all what I said a while ago. This guy is handsome af.* she gulped as she blatantly stares at the poker-faced guy. She was too entranced to even think and thus accidentally voicing out her comment.
"Wow you're tall..." she unconciously muttered.
The girls around them gasped as they heard what Jinhee said. They turned to the waiter to see his reaction. Whether it took the waiter by surprise or not, nobody knows. He still has his straight face and without blinking, he replied. And those three words... Just those three words. The three unholy words that started their story that Sehun might forgot but her, Seo Jinhee will never forget.

RELATIONSHIP ♡ Sehun is naturally a sweet boy. He's nice to everybody and treats them well. But when it comes to Jinhee, he acts like a total brat and would be hostile towards the girl. They would fight over the smallest things. Whenever the girl is around, he is seen scowling. Whenever Joonmyun calls her Seobaby, he would throw a fit. Whenever she offers to help him, she would push her away. Whenever his hyungs call her maknae, he would feel jealous. Because it was him who was the youngest before. He has yet gotten use of the fact that she's the maknae now. So is it about the maknae title? He's not sure because as he spend time working with Jinhee, he slowly knew the clumsy, evil but a living fluff ball Jinhee and greatly confused him of his own decisions. His own feelings. Now whenever she needs help, he'll be the first one to aid her. When he sees a rude customer scolding her, he would pull her behind his back and he'll handle the matter calmly. When his hyungs talk normally without getting angry in front of Jinhee, he gets irritated of himself. Whenever she tightly holds on to the hem of his shirt, he would melt inside. Whenever he sees the girl close to his Baekhyun hyung, he gets angry. So is it about the maknae title? I think not.

Jinhee is normally Jinhee. She isn't the type to be easily attracted to boys because heol she has a good-looking dad,  three hard to admit gorgeous siblings and a cute slash smexy best friend. What more can she ask for right? Other than the five, she started to see the male population as the same. Somehow, Sehun found his way to her heart. Well yes he was really breathtakingly handsome when they first met but what really made him stand out among the rest is what he replied to her when she was praising him. "Wow you're short." Remember, girls can forgive but they can never forget. 

At first she was also giving him the same treatment: the hostile, sass battle relationship. They would even quarrel over the small and senseless things. Surprisingly as time passes, she finds herself being taken care of the Hun. Though they still have those moments when they bicker non-stop but seriously, it's overpowered by the fluff when Jinhee starts to attach herself to Sehun by holding his shirt or sleeve and follow him everywhere like a lost kid. She started getting clingy and more pissed at Sehun for no reason. What bother's her the most is herself because she tried to stop being attached and clingy because she thought Sehun doesn't like girls like that... However what is this? The more she stays away, the more they become closer. LIKE WHUT? IMPOSSIBLE!

CONCLUSION ♡ There goes a saying and Baek quotes, "No pain, no gain. Didn't pass through Baekhyun, I'll definitely not hand my best friend to you. Chicks before bros bro." - Byun Baekhyun (2014). Lol he quoted himself- anyways... He was fully aware of the ongoing love story of his best friend. He has been watching them ever since they met again when he asked Jinhee to work part-time at XOXO. *I saw the McDonalds incident too, Jinhee-ah. And that boy will not easily get you because he called my bestfriend short.* With the help of the other guys and girls (employees), the devised a plan that would drive Sehun to his edge and test if his feelings for Jinhee are genuine or not.

With $uho's black card and Luhan's connections, they went on a vacation for a week. They temporarily hired three part-timers to man the store while they're away. The elders took them at Luhan's friend's private resort to enjoy, relax and rest their troubled minds. That was the goal. Unfortunately it was stress week for Sehun because ever since they arrived there, he noticed that Baekhyun's been extra caring, touchy and clingy towards Jinhee. And it all took Sehun his willpower to not go apeshiet on his hyung. Ignoring the green monster is highly impossible especially for Oh Sehun who exploded after 4 days of holding back.

During their fourth night, they were having a barbeque party that time and everybody was having fun. Yeah if mentally drowning your hyung is fun, Sehun would definitely rock this. After drinking his tenth glass... of iced tea (since Joonmyun strictly forbid the maknaes to drink and get wasted) his eyes went to find Jinhee- who was in the arms of his hyung as the 'couple' walk under the starry night. He bitterly gulped his eleventh glass and tried to drown the fire burning in his throat. However the voices around him made it hard for him to ignore. 
"Omo omo! There they go!"
"I swear to god Baekhyun and Jinhee are made for each other."
"Maybe he'll confess under this beautiful starry night?"
"Oh my gosh that's just romantic I can't even-"
The girls' chat were like demon voices to his ears telling him, "Yah you punk. If you are THAT jealous, drag your number three shaped now and claim your WOMAN!"
And being the obedient maknae he is, his body acted on its own accord strongly striding towards the BaekHee couple and straight out grabbed Baek and threw him in the mercilessly freezing sea. He then turned to Jinhee, leaning as closely as possible...
"Yah Seo Jinhee you-"
Jinhee thought that he might kiss her immediately closed her eyes for anticipation. And got a flick in the forehead instead.
"I am not going to kiss you, idiot." Sehun said that made her disappointed and blush like mad.
"I remember now. The first time we met. 'Wow you're short' girl... I'm so stupid that I forgot that one little detail. Nonetheless let me tell you how much I adored your shock face when you saw me. My heart gave a small thud at your stupid expression back then. Those stupid bright eyes, small, pointy nose, red apple cheeks, small lips. I got charmed in just a few seconds."
Jinhee, who has no idea on why is he saying this, just stared at him with a horrified face.
"And when we met at XOXO, how ill-fated it was." Sehun continued. "I hated you and you hated me. The feeling was mutual. If it wasn't for you tugging onto my sleeves everytime, I would have still hated you."
"Y-you-" Jinhee stuttered.
"I'm not gonna kiss you. Instead have a deal with me." he added.
Jinhee tilted her head. "A deal?"
"Yes a deal. That once you reach the age 20, you'll be my girlfriend."
Everything was escalating so quick that Jinhee can't cope up anymore. WHat in the mother of Kyungsoo is this guy saying???
"What-"
"But because you're still young to have a boyfriend right now and I know stuDYING is your focus now,"
"But-"
"So until you reach 20, I'll court you. You're mine okay? MINE."
"Wait-"
"Are we clear?!"
Everbody was surprised when they heard Jinhee's angry scream. They rushed to the scene and saw how Sehun was helplessly pushed and dragged into the cold water by BaekHee. Baekhyun's curses and profanties filled the air along with Jinhee's
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? EO? WHAT'S WITH 'YOU'RE MINE' LINE?" Jinhee made faces. "WORK HARD FOR IT STUPID! YOU MEAN HOW DARE U-"

But really that's just her way to say yes. She didn't give the appropriate reaction because of the very fast pace while she was literally:

She was happy though. Sehun's happy too. Everyone else is happy for them too. Except for a certain Byun Baekhyun.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS ♡ I think I made a character not suited for a crack fic otl. Cries. Excuse le personality because I'm not really good at that part. Describing has always been the hardest chore for me. Oh and I did not edit this so I'm sorry if there will be grammatical errors or sentence that makes no sense. Mianhe mianhe hajima;; But I still hope you'll like her!

Being the softhearted person she is, Jinhee gave her umbrella and jacket to it. And left it with an aching heart. Sehun took note to visit the puppy again the next day. Only to find the box gone and see Jinhee cuddling the pup.
