Well, I had a bunch of writer's block this past couple of weeks and tonight, I some instrumentals to video games and now the words are coming right to me. At this rate, I will have the next chapter up for my story either tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully tonight though. Haha. 

Speaking on that, I would aslo like to say that as a writer, I am learning to push my pen and I know some people do say that you should never force your writing because your readers can tell and yes that can sometimes be true. But pushing your pen in the right direction is what I'm learning to do. Not to just push my pen and force out the words.

I used to be more of a flow writer but I soon learned that being a flow writer got me:

1. No where. it got me no where

2.It made my writing look really sloppy

3.it caused me to never finish a story because I would quickly lose interest in what I was writing. 

To those that don't know, a flow writer is a writer that writes when the ideas are present and wirte whatever comes to mind whether it makes sense or not. Notw first off, there is nothing wrong with being a flow writer and I honestly enjoyed being a flow writer but I realized that if I want my writing to get any better, I have to put more in and this is where pushing my pen in the right directions comes along. I don't force my writing but I think out everything so it can be easier to find out where m pen needs to go. 

I know that as a writer, there is always room for improvement and I know my writing has a long way to go but I honestly feel that after tonight, my writing will be taking more baby steps than normal and that is great for me to think about. 

I'm looking forward to many more years as a writer <3
