dude i don't believe it. i was reading the update and i'm like yay fluff and then the moment it came i'm like WTF IT'S NOT JAN 25 YET NO NO NO NO i was internally screaming!!!!!!!!!!! and then it happened </3 and flipping Seunghyun had to quote Somewhere only we know. I was listening to song as I was reading the update and then i bawled i was like KKKK NOOOOOOOOOOOO. like what jfarmer911 said i can't believe he died. Like don't you think he dies enough in his dramas and movies?! I avoid IRIS and Into the Fire because of that very reason. I watched Commitment/Alumni in the movie theatres and felt so cheated at the ending OTL. and I'm not a major TOP fan. I admit I like him because of the visuals and his voice. But how do TOP fans deal with that?!??! like if my bias acted and he chose roles that involved death. I'll learn korean and make sure I know how the hell to communicate to him to stop picking roles that end up him dying my heart can't handle it.
Thank you for the shoutout btw! I am already subscribed to the continuation and I'm glad Sarang still has Shauna. Someone did say if Shauna did leave Sarang behind... how it would for her and psychological traumatic it would be. I mean we got a glimpse that Soojin wasn't kind to Sarang at all. Blaming the kid for why her dad left her! Like who the does that to somebody so innocent?! It happens. Life happens. People make choices and there are consequences because of it. Don't beat yourself up if people hate you (or me for the matter) that Shauna and Eric didn't get their happy ending. Never got to have their own child (I also agree with another point how it's downright sad that that baby never arrived because ugh idek wanna explain cuz i'll start crying again). Life can be and is brutal. That's the reality of it. People think everything works out. Not for everybody. Not in this earth at the least.
Support group is right! TBH I got so numb when you did the kitchen scene and I was like *swerve* no author nim is not finna do us like this!? ...but I just floated on through...and then I got all weepy. You FINALLY made me spring a leak with that one! I gotta say I enjoyed the ride though!
Even though I'm somewhat against the way it ended (because I believe in happy endings AND I'm TOP biased... lol)

I had to re-read the chapter 3 times because I was so in shock the first time around, I legit had to stop half way.
I literally felt like I got punched in the gut when TOP died. My first question was "Is this a nightmare sequence?!" and when I realized 'Oh , he really died.' I losssstt itttttt.
I do wonder what Laila's reaction was considering she just lost 2 people that she was so close to. I honestly thought Shauna would figure out a way/some loophole to protect her family and herself and live a somewhat normal life.
Definitely did not see that one coming. I was thinking Eric was going to take some classes, grow a backbone and kick some or something later on in the story.. Not dieee.
But at least Shauna and Eric are together again.. Poor Sarang though. :(
Wow...just...wow. I sobbed like a baby back , and then I could only laugh because of an inside joke that this story totally fell into. So, in real life, TOPs acting career has mainly involved darker characters, and he tends to die in the end of his movies, which I tend to sob like a baby back for because I have such a soft spot for him. My ex roommate still makes fun of me when she wants to win a debate by just saying, "Hey guess what? TOP dies in the end..." Just because she knows it makes me sad. So when I was reading this, I had my cry fit, and then I could hear my roommate's voice making fun of me because apparently he dies in the end of his fan fiction stories too. Anyways, just wanted to share that random babble.
This story was awesome. It began as fan fiction for TOP and by the end it was so much more. I am so excited for the sequel. :)
