Innocence: Sworn or Torn

It is embarrassing at times pathetic watching and surveying every second of an empeachment proceeding of the accused Chief Justice Renato Corona declining to bring out possible evidences out of the closet. Is this an act of guilt? Or of cowardness?

But while this cowardly act provides a slight delay on the prosecution, it can be a boon for the Defense team. While hiding some necessary pertinent information, it makes the CJ Corona appear suspicious. Whereas various people on frugal utilization of government taxes has been advocated unintentionally.

Both the prosecution and defense can cite any jurisprudence that their twisted logic can conjure in any scintalla of evidence they can offer to woo the public's favor, the Senator judges and the entire impeachment body. The dilemma revolves around either there is the existence of an ill-gotten wealth or merely an unexplained wealth. Or is kicking-off the CJ a brick to build the Rule of Yellow?

Being accused or tried of an unlawful act should not be a big deal as long as you are innocent. You can face the investigation and go through the trial procedure with what you are. But if you are pretending of who you are not, you tend to make excuses and reasons to hide the ugly truth. In this proceedings, the best person who can testify, fortify and strengthen the matter of fact of being free of alleged accusations is only and always be the Chief Justice and the Chief Justice alone. Questions asking every mhnd to solve the puzzle is " Why won't CJ divulge the source of all those mysterious dollar or peso accounts? Was there misuse, misappropriation and malversation of public funds? Did he totally cut the thread of public trust? The problem is embedded with proofs of fabricating what is written in the Statemen of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth of CJ as presented by the anti-Corona

SALN is something sworn by a public official while he is on his office and term. Now people are seeing it as a torn promise.
