Mingming is very protective. He hates it when people hurt those that are close to him. He'll do anything to protect them. If that doesn't work then when, you should watch out and hope that there's a hospital near by. He is also quite optimistic. He prefers looking on the bright side of things rather then the bad. Even when things are bad, he tries to find that one thing that gives him hope and isn't all that bad. Mingming has actually calm. He doesn't jump around like a rabbit on crack, he just usually sits calmly while on Tumblr. Sometimes he can get too calm and you don't know what's happening with him. (Like whenever little kids are quiet, you don't know what they're up to.) He's also a fun-loving guy. There's that something about him Mingming that you love. Looking at Mingming you see a sweet innocent guy, right? He also acts like the sweetest thing and just being around him can give you a cavity. Well you know the saying looks can be deceiving. Mingming wasn't always so sweet. Let's rewind 20 years earlier, shall we? On a snowy cold December 5, 1993, Mingming was born and guess who wasn't there to help out. You guessed it. It was his father. He was out with his hot secretary doing some steamy stuff. Unknown to his wife, this affair has been going on for 5 years. Growing up Mingming knew that his father was cheating but kept it too his self. I guess that knowing his father was cheating on his mother made him think that cheating was okay.
One day when Mingming was 14, he walked in on his mother getting abused by his father and he was about to her until Mingming came in and pulled his father off her. He has more strength in him than you think. When he pulled his father off, his father ended up hitting his head on the wall. It angered Mi (Mingming's father) very much and took Mingming to his bedroom despite the pleas from Jiao (Mingming's mother), his father ended up and abusing Mingming instead. For almost 2 years, he took the abuse and so his mother wouldn't. Mingming started sleeping around at the age of 14. He thought that if he thought wasn't a big deal, his father's and abuse wouldn't really effect him. He also started drinking and smoking at the age of 15.
But Mingming shouldn't have been so naive thinking the abuse for his mother would stop. One day Mi and Jiao were arguing, something in Mi snapped and caused him to pick up a chef's knife and stab Jiao. Right when he did that, Mingming walked in and saw everything. He immediatley rushed over to his mother and right to see if she was alright or still living. Once he didn't feel a pulse, Mingming's eyes were filled with flames of anger and out of anger his took the knife from his father and stabbed Mi 5 times. It wasn't until a while after when Mingming heard Mi's body drop to the floor that he realized what he did. He cried for a long time until he decided to bury the knife in his backyard.
He decided he needed to get away from everything. Staying in China would just constantly remind him of the bad things that happened. So he packed his bags and left for Seoul. Once he arrived in Seoul, he realized that he could change who he was. He ended up change in to the "happy sweetheart" kind of guy. Thinking that being all happy and cutesy will earse the dark memories but they still haunt him.
Mingming always did want to be in the music buisness but didn't really invest in it. Until he came to Seoul. He was out on a walk and come across a company. He looked on the door and saw a flyer that said "Auditions: Looking for new trainees". Mingming decided to audition despite any previous training. To his surprise, he got into B2M Entertainment.
