What Should I Do?

Okay, I've just opened my mini shop a few days ago.
And she's the first requester. I actually stated that I don't accept draft status or haven't published story on the rules, but she did anyway.
I actually suspect she didn't read the rules carefully
But, I thought I could let it go for once, because, well, she was my first requester
She hasn't picked up her poster yet.
And just this morning (and afternoon), I found out that she requests at another shop too
Other than mine, she also requests at another 2 shops for the exact same story
Like, wth, I mean, why should you request so many posters for a story that haven't actually published?
I have seen many shops that blacklist people because thay double request at other shop(s)
And, I am actually curious, what's the fun of having so many posters for one story?

This is my first time to encounter this case, what should I do?
Help me ;'(

actually it also happened to me.
The fault is i kinda late to put the rules to not request to other shop
But seriously...cant they just wait? Or just dont request poster if you already request in other place
We did alot of hardwork to make their graphics but in the end they dont use it and make request to other place
wth..hehe
I ended up being ranting >.<

I guess you can try to wait her first until she picking up, or just try to pming her
and talk about this problem with her
if she become rude then you can blacklist her

I had a requester kind of tell me she had her story on draft status, but at that time, my batch was full so she told me to tell her when the next batch is up. Since one cancelled their request, I told her she can. She also told me her story was on draft so I let her go just this once. Because like, she still read the rules.

I personally think it should be blacklisted. But then again, if it didn't say in the rules not to request at other shops for the same story, I guess they can do that? But if they don't use it and it said in the rules to do so, then blacklist.

Did I even make sense, OTL?
