APPEARANCE: She has small feet (220mm) and she uses them as a scapegoat whenever she falls over, something about "being unable to balance." Her hair is shoulder lengthed and pure black, never once been touched by anything except a comb. Both her ears are pierced and she usually can only be bothered to wear small stud earings, she wears contacts when out and thick rimmed glasses when at home (her eyesight is just horrible.) She has a mole under her left eye.
STYLE: At home and outside, Seo Ah loves being comfortable. She usually walks around her house barefoot with a pair of loose tracksuit pants and a random top or extra baggy jumper, maybe she'll even walk around in her underwear. Most of he home clothes are cute and slightly embarassing. Comfort is a must for her. She'll just wear whatever's clean. When going out, she'll wear clothes that give off a gentle, innocent yet casual vibe (like in the gif). She is quite self concious on her clothes when she is going out because people will judge her on how she looks. She refrains from wearing bright, bold colours and flashy items of clothing but would much rather wear skirts over tight and restricting jeans or short.

PERSONALITY: Seo Ah is even quiter than a mouse and easily spooked. You'd be lucky to even get a second of eye contact with this girl on your first meeting, seeing as she'd most likely be fiddling with her fingers and inspecting the ground instead of mingling. She is introverted and hates talking to strangers and making new friends. The exact reason she'd applied for the job was to help get rid of those traits, but it's proving to be a lot harder than expected. She finds it hard to even walk by herself without thinking everyone's out to get her, how does she expect herself to make friends and go partying every night? As soon as she sees a new, unfamiliar person she goes running for the hills. Even if they are people she calls her 'friends' and she's known them for quite some time now, she will still have a light tinge of pink on her cheeks and her eye contact will most likely be all over the place. Of course, she would love to be more social and live life to it's fullest like every other 21 year old seems to be doing, but it's an automatic response to shy away from people. The reason for this is because she knows how the world is very judgemental and she's not exactly the best person to be around, she hides herself away because she is scared of what other people would think about her. She tries to please everyone around her yet ends up feeling lost because she does not know what she herself wants.
She is quite the people pleaser, despite her setbacks, she uses her observational skills and analyses things quietly from a distance and is always there to help those in need. As long as she can do so without looking them in the eye or uttering a single word to them, that is. She wants to be accepted and liked by people, always listening to people who have problems - it's fine as long as she's not the one doing the talking - and laughing along to even the stupidest of jokes, especially is no one else does. When it comes to her work, she is extremely hard working and diligent, she doesn't want to disappoint or anger any higher ups. She can't say no to people - can't talk to them in general - and hates conflict or confrontation so just goes along with other people to keep the peace. Seo Ah is also the type of person who thinks she can handle everything by herself because she doesn't want to burden other people with her emotions. She won't say anything if she's tired or upset or feeling any emotion that makes her feel helpless and weak. Though she craves a more social lifestyle, since she's been the only person she could rely on for the past 21 years of her life, there's no way she can change that now. She braves everything on with a smile on her face. The only time she ever tries to stand up for something is if the situation is unfair or unjust, especially if the victims have no way of defending themselves.
She has excellent instincts and intuition but doesn't trust them enough but before making a decision, she always weighs out the pros and cons. She's indecisive and is very good at procratinating, always scared of making the wrong choice because she feels like one wrong decision could make her entire life spiral out of control. That can't happen, she needs her balance. She needs to know that her glasses are kept in the right corner of her second drawer in her bedside table and that she has a 15 minute break after her 3 o'clock shift, but she must leave 2 minutes early if she is to get to where she is meant to be next on time. She's one heck of a perfectionist, everything has to be in it's place, labelled and neat. She hates change and thrives on stability. Because she bases her entire life on a strictly planned out schedule, if she is even a few minutes off track, she will most likely have a mental breakdown.
BACKGROUND: Her family were pretty well off, both her parents were doctor and her grandfather a head of a large chain of hospitals. She always felt like the black sheep of the family, she had an older sister - Seojung - who always outshone her. Seojung was charming, bubbly and friendly, everything she wasn't. Seeing her family - and what seemed like the entire world - favour her sister only made Seo Ah hide in her shell even more. She's always wanted to prove herself to people and inside her head, she dreamt big but had no way of making those dreams reality because she was trapped by the monsters inside her head.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: He's a bright little ball of derp. Fun loving, sweet and gentlemanly but wuite careless. Chanyeol is always forgetting or losing things, most of the time his own footing. The giant is always tripping over things - usually his own lanky limbs - and bumping into things - especially people shorter than him. He's friendly and making friends comes easy to him. He's so cheerful all the time. In those rare occasions when he looks cool and hot and omfg he'll usually ruin it by tripping over some cable but the bright smile that spreads across his face as he laughs at himself will make everything alright again. It will liteally blind you. He so optimistic, so much it's almost annoying but at the same time he's a lazy , especially in the morning which is when he acts like his soul left his body. He never leaves anything half finished and knows what he has to do to get what he wants and if the time calls for it, he's prepared to be a little manipulative to get it. He's quite straight forward and can say the awkwardest sentences in the wrong times, he says whatever comes into his mind and doesn't worry about making a fool out of himself. He has the subtlety of a sledgehammer. He's known for half assing a lot of but he's the happy virus so people let him off. He is fiercely loyal to those who are close to him and would lay down his life for thme.
RELATIONSHIP:
He met her a wekk after she started her job while she was having trouble carrying a lot of towels, they were all stacked up and she couldn't see over them so he offered to help her. She made awkward sounds and just gaped at him, blushing profusely before telling him she was alright without his help, only to fall over and drop everything as she tried to run away. He always kept an eye on her afterwards.
He's always there when she least expects him but needs him the most. Whenever she has one of her mental breakdowns and feels like , Chanyeol cheers her up and she usually splutters incoherently before running away every time he smiles at her. He treats her well and looks after her, someone like Seo Ah needs someone to watch over them. She laughs - quietly - at all his cheesy jokes. He's always there for her and she's thankful or that but sometimes she feels like he's only nice to her because he pities her. she also doesn't feel like she deserves someone like him in her life, he treats her so well and she can't really do anything for him.
He likes her and tries to charm her but she doesn't believe he's being sincere. He drops the heaviest hints known to man, literally telling her that he's in love with her but she brushes it off like it's nothing - not with that panic attack though. How could someone like him, like someone like her?
