I need your help searching for a yunjae fiction.

This story is about a young Jaejoong was being ignored by his famaily. He has 3 or 4 brothers but nobody like him especially his parents.

However, his grandmother loves him very much. One day, his mother chased him away from their house and he was being rescued by the Jungs.

He stays with the Jungs, they love him very much and he became Yunho's wife in the end.

Then, one day, he found his family and the Jungs knew how they abondoned him and they took revenge on Jaejoong's family. The Jungs consists of 3 brothers too, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, one crutial point is, Jaejoong has illness in this story. I don't remember what illness but he did have this serious illness. The Jungs have been taken a good care of him very much.

It's a completed story by the way and I think it was completed like two years ago?

It's one interesting story. Please help me to find it for I really forgot the title and I want to re-read it.
