HALP

OKAY, so for my Asian Curtural Club I have to make a K-pop booth (like a carnival booth with like activities) for our "Masqurade Ball" (we can't have a dance because our school board says that we already have too many dances ><) which will happen THIS FRIDAY. Let's just say I procrastonate so please, I need some good ideas for my booth.

This is what I already have for ideas (none have been started)

  • Dance number (Fantastic baby) which I probably won't do because I need 5 people to know the dance by this Friday
  • Guess the language (Korean, Japanese, or Chinese)
  • Debating Guess the gender (cross dressers)
  • Try to sing (give them a sheet with the romanized lyrics and have them try to sing it to the song

Is there anything else K-pop related that I could do that DOESN'T INVOLVE FANFICTION OR SHIPS?

PLEASE HELP A FOLLOW K-POPPER LIKE ME.

I love Informantxgirl's ideas! I was thinking along the lines of her second one. I mean, there are some outrageous band names... like SHINee for example... or Block B, TVXQ!, EXO. Anyone who hears those words from my lips automatically make me explain it.
Maybe play, guess that song? Where you have Romanized lyrics for three songs, you play the song, and they have to guess which romanization pick matches the song....
Do, can you dance like this kpop group? You challenge people to watch a music video so much until they believe they can do that, then watch them, pick out the best, and then pit them up against each other by the end of the night. That one though, will take a while if you don't organize it right.
Maybe sing for them. Show them what you learn in Asian Culture club, and sing some kpop for them. XD That will impress and show them that it is a good club. You might get more people to join

1. Real English Kpop lyrics or made up? = Give them a short English phrase and have them guess if it came from a real Kpop song or not (the part from Ring Ding Dong should kill them! lol) Use a random text generator for the false ones.

2. Along the same lines, real Kpop group name or made up? = Will people know that Fin.K.L or B1A4 is a real Kpop group? That kind of thing. Use a random name generator for the false ones.

3. Real Kpop stage name or made up? Will they know Lime is a real Kpop girl group member or think you're joking?

4. Oldest vs. youngest: show pictures of groups and have people guess who is the oldest and youngest.

5. Guess the number of members: have pictures of different parts of members' faces and ask people to guess the number of members in the group. The trick is, for example, you might have 6 pictures - two eyes, two noses, two pairs of lips = but they come from only 4 members (maybe have two pictures of Suzy's eyes taken at different events). so they have to observe and see if they can recognize the parts.
