» PERSONALITY

 

Aysa is a somewhat shy, quiet, reserved and serious person to most - making her seem like an ice princess sometimes, despite her position as the face. She normally doesn't talk much when she was still new to the industry, preferring to let her members to do the talking for her. This is because she has a fear of saying the wrong thing and being embarassed in public. She was scared that she might do something wrong and tarnish STEAL HEARTZ's name.

 

As the months passed on since their debut, Aysa begins to open up and reveal her true personality. She became more playful and seems to be more comfortable being on variety shows, even to the point where she showed her cute side by doing an aegyo. She became more open during shows and promotional events, which is a relief to everyone as she was giving of a bad image as the face. Soon after, Aysa becomes one of the people's favorite members in the group as they loved to see this new and improved, much cuter and face-like Aysa. Though in secret, she's still quite reserved and quiet, unable to completely shake off her shyness

 

Aysa is also the 'bossy ahjumma' and the 'dictator' of the group - as called by some members. Raised as the eldest child, she is used to taking responsibilty and things done her way. It was a bit hard for her, the transition from being the eldest to one of the younger members. She sometimes argues with the members when they're not doing something she specifically asked them to do correctly. Aysa realizes that this is a problem and tries to tone it down as much as she can.

 

Aysa is also a very avid reader. She sometimes get too absorbed in the story that she doesn't even notice when someone is calling her. She gets pretty peeved when her members are being loud when she is trying to read and often tells them off for doing so, leaving them embarassed. 

 

Aysa is also the computer tech/geek of the group. Her and her laptop are practically inseperable. She brings it EVERYWHERE and cannot function normally when her laptop isn't nearby. Her members are sometime worried about her computer 'addiction', but she waves them off, just like the stubborn girl that she is.

 

She also has a very active imagination, which helps her immensely as she also loves to write. Unfortunately, this also means that she has a short attention span. She daydreams or falls asleep during meetings,long speeches, and sometimes, when people are talking to her which usually infuriates them.

 

Aysa is also quite temperamental, inheriting her short temper from her father. She easily gets annoyed with things and

is sometimes too impatient. This is further worsened by the fact that her burden as an idol is much heavier than her other members as she is the Face of the group and the group's image is depending on her.

 

Aysa ia also a very caring and loyal person. She loves her unnies like her own sisters and would never allow anything bad to happen to them. She always defends her members from haters and sasaengs, either up front or online. Whenever a member is sick, she would be the one to take care of them and even sleep beside their bed to make sure that they were okay.

 

Aysa is a very insecure person. This is due to the fact that she had been shunned and put to the side ever since her sister was born. She doesn;t believe it when someone tells her that she is beautiful or if a guy confesses that he loves her because in ehr opinion, these people would just leave her the second something better comes their way. She is also not confident of ehr looks and ehr position as the Face of STEAL HEARTZ.

 

She misses having a sister and really wants to reconcile with Saera. But unfortunately, both her and Saera's prides and egos are keeping them from mending their sister bond again. Both girls swore to defeat each other no matter what.

Pre-Trainee

 

Kim Aysa was born to Kim Ah Min and Ha Lin Dae on the 7th of October 1993. Her father was working as a business entrepreneurship speakerat the National University of Singapore when he met her mother, Singaporean-born-Chinese Ha Lin Dae, who was also a speaker but for Finance instead. They got married in 1992 and had their eldest child, Aysa a year later. 

 

When Aysa was a little girl, her parents decided to increase her cocurricular skills by sending her to violin lessons. It was harsh as the music teachers were really strict but to please her parents, she went through the pain. However, her love for music really began to develop when she accidentally saw the daughter of one of her music teacehrs practicing in one of the dance rooms. The daughter was a very popular singer in Singapore and Aysa couldn't help but to gape in awe at the way she performed and the sound of her lovely voice. From that day on, she promised herself to be just like her.

 

As a child, Aysa was always at the center of attention of her family, being the little star as she loved performing and singing for her family members ever since she was little. She often put on little recitals and holiday performances with her cousins during family gatherings.

 

Her younger sister, Saera was born when she was 4 and loved performing just as much as her older sister did. The two were famous in the family as the Kim sisters, and many of their family members remarked that Aysa and Saera might just be idols one day if they worked hard enough.

 

As  the years passed, her rivalry with her younger sister began to increase. Aysa is a natural beauty with her own unique look and features by even she had to admit that Saera's beauty is one that rivaled hers. Saera gained more attention from people as she was younger, more charming and more beautiful than her older sister. This makes Aysa feel left out and shunned by those around her.They often argued with one another, their sisterly bond getting weaker as they got older.

 

Aysa tolerated her sister's behavior but her last straw came when Saera had 'accidentally' tripped her during a Christmas play that they were starring in, knocking her flat on her face. That event was the most embarassing moment of her life and will haunt her forever.

 

As Saera was only 11 years old at the time, nobody blamed or punished her for the incident. Instead, everyone seemed to blame Aysa for 'ruining' the play for everyone there. That was when she decided that she had enough. She wasn't too bold to run away from home or anything but she promised to herself that she would be an even bigger star than Saera will ever be.

 

Her best friends had recently untroduced her to Kpop which she found very unique. She never bothered with Korean music before, despite being half-Korean herself. She was immediately intrigued by Kpop music, especially with groups like Girls Generation, 2NE1, Big Bang and Super Junior. She was determined to enter the Korean music industry and started prepping for her audition.

 

She had auditioned for a few popular entertainment agencies in Korea such as 'The Big Three' and a few minor ones like Starship Entertainment. However, her heart was drawn to Big Hit Entertainment which was, at the time, a very small entertainment agency that was just starting up. It reminded her of herself, who was also shunned by the spotlight by a bigger and brighter star. She chose to audition live for Big Hit and got accepted as a trainee there.

 

Trainee Days

 

She loved her life as a trainee at Big. Sure, it was hard. But if this is what was required for her to achieve her dream, then it was all worth it. After 4 painstaking years of training, she was finally put into a team called STEAL HEARTZ that was set to debut very soon. She was also shocked to find out that her sister Saera had also passed her audition and was currently a trainee under Cube Entertainment. This fueled her determination to suceed as a member of STEAL HEARTZ and to bring Big Hit Entertainment's name to the top.

 

It was during her trainee days that she decided that she wanted to change. Ever since she was little, she was often outshined by her sisters in both looks and talent. Well not anymore. She was determined to shine and she started it off by spending more effort on her appearence adn working doubly hard during practice.

 

She ditched her old tomboy look with her messy unkempt hair for something more cute yet y at the same time. Aysa was born with good looks but she never showed it to anybody, cause honestly, who would look at her compared to her way more beautiful younger sister? SHe started out small by going to salon and fixing/coloring her hair a lighter shade and putting on light makeup.

 

But even these little changes had big effects on her as more people began to notice her natural beauty. By the end of the week, Aysa had gained many admirers and had received many invitations for dates. Despite all this attention, she still couldn't help but feel insecure about herself, her mind telling her that as soon as someone prettier comes along, all these people would shun her and she'd go back to being a nobody again.

 

Aysa also decided to work harder on her singing, dancing and acting skills as she feel that it would be harder to topple if she were a triple threat instead of a regular idol that focused on one aspect only. She stayed in teh practice after everyone else went home so she had more time to focus on her performing skills and even stayed up till late at night. This led to the other trainees nicknaming her 'A-Star' as she tried too hard to become the best.

 

Aysa's own future group mates didn't understand why she overworked herself too hard. She already one of the prettiest trainees in the agency and her performing skills were already top notch. They started to get worried when they realised how pale and tired she looked all the time and how she had lost tons of weight so rapidly. Eventually, the CEO got wind of her abusing her own body and working too hard that he decided to put a stop to it, in fear that she would overwork her body and fall ill. 

 

Her members decided to step up to their roles as her sisters by taking care of her and giving her the comfort that her needed. Aysa decides to let go of her grudge and jealousy against her little sister and focus on enjoying herself as an idol.

 

Debut

 

STEAL HEARTZ were finally set to debut soon and the girls were given their respective positions in the group. Unsurprisingly, Aysa was given the role as the Face of the group and the triple threat which shocked her, as she felt that she wasn't good enough to be a member of STEAL HEARTZ, let alone the Face. However, she remembered the promise that she made to herself and decided to do her job the best she could.

 

When they first debuted, Aysa was quickly given the title as the 'Ice Princess' of the group as she was quite reserved and serious during variety shows and interviews, preferring to let the other members do the talking instead of ehr -despite the fact thats she was the Face. She got bashed a lot by the netizens because of her 'Ice Queen' personality which devastated both her and the label.

 

To get over the rumours and bashing, Big Hit Entertainment decided to recreate her image as the Innocent yet y face of the group. Knowing that her and her members' careers are on the line, she decided to go along with it and changed her image. Aysa's acting skills helped to convince the public of her new innocent yet y personality. Soon after, her new image and charms started to win over the people and she became one of the people's favorite members in STEAL HEARTZ.

 

Pregnancy

 

As Aysa's image began to grow, so did her popularity. She was picked as the 3rd most beautiful woman in Korea in MAXIM magazine. ALong with her newfound popularity and charming looks, she also garnered the love of many male fans, including other idols. Her insecurity of herself prevented her from being in a seious relationship but her rebellious side convinced her to let loose and just have fun.

 

Aysa's first ual relationship began when the famous Byun Baekhyun of EXO invited her to dance during a new Super Junior album release party. The youth couldn't take his eyes of off the newly debuted girl and offered to buy her drink. One drink led to many others which left them both severely drunk. Aysa lost her ity to Baekhyun that night and quickly left in the morning, before Baekhyun had the chance to wake up.

 

The experience thrilled her, and soon after, she found herself with many sleeping partners (all idols or actors, she doens't like random nobodies) including L of Infinite, Kyuhyun of SuJu, former EXO-M leader Kris and even her labelmates, Jeon Jeongguk and V or BTS. But her constant sleeping partner was the same guy who took her ity, Baekhyun. She didn't know why she liked doing it with him so much. Perhaps it was because he was her first and everyone says that your first is your most special time.

 

This little affair lasted for quite a while, even after his relationship with Taeyeon was revealed. Aysa asked him if he wanted to to stop this affair as he already got himself a girlfriend but Baekhyun responded by pulling her body towards his before going for another round. Eventually, she developed an attachment towards Baekhyun and she stopped sleeping with anyone else except him.

 

They would meet 3 times or more a week at a designated hotel where there weren't many people to make love to each other. Baekhyun usually used protection when they had but one day, he arrived at the hotel room in an extremely drunk condition, telling her that he and Taeyeon had a huge fight. Aysa felt sorry for him and asked him if he wanted to cancel on tonight but he grabbed her and told her not to be ridiculous before having .

 

Unfortunately, drunk Baekhyun wasn't a very careful Baekhyun and her forgot to use protection that time. Aysa herself ddin't notice it becausse she was too distracted by the drunk Baekhyun who was bit more... rough then sober Baekhyun. 

 

Eventually, Baekhyun had to leave  Korea for a long time due to his EXO: THE LOST PLANET tour which she felt quite relieved because Baekhyun was getting needy and they had done it almost every night since his and Taeyeon's fight which took up most of her sleep so she always looked like a zombie in the mornings.

 

It as a few weeks before that incident when Aysa started to get sick in the morning. At first she thought it was because of the stress, which would explain why she wasn't eating properly either. She turned a blind eye towards her symptoms, ticking them off as stress and a bad case of food posoining. Aysa thought that it would go away in time but they seemed to be getting worse. Even her members noticed how tires she always was and how pale she looked all the time and urged her to see a doctor.

 

Being the stubborn girl that she is, Aysa refused to go and went about her daily business as though nothing had happened. It was when she fainted after their performance on Music Bank that prompted the manager to send her to the hospital for a check-up. When she finally came to, she saw the doctor looking at her grimly and feared for the worse. Was it cancer or some other serious type of illness? What came out of his mouth was a thousand times worse than any sickness.

 

Aysa ran out of the hospital, unabled to process the news. It was impossible. There was no way she could be... p-pregnant! She decided to test it out by herself by disguising herself and going to by a dozen pregnancy tests before sneaking back to her room at the dorm. She used every single test thats he bought and to her utter sadness and horror, every single test turned out positive.

 

She sank down to the bathroom floor as she curled herself into a ball and sobbed. There was no way a dozen pregnancy tests AND the doctor was wrong. She was indeed, pregnant with the child of Byun Baekhyun. Aysa was glad that he had another 2 weeks before coming back to Korea because she couldn't deal with ibth him and the... baby...right now. 

 

Aysa could see her entire life fall apart in front of her own eyes. Her entire career could be destroyed, all because of ehr own carelessness. Not to mention what her parents would do to her if they ever found out. What will she do? How is she supposed to tell Baekhyun about their baby? Would she abort it, give it up for adoption or keep it?

 

She burried herself deeper into her arms and cried harder.

Aysa would probably keep the baby because she loves children and she coudn't bear the thought of killing her baby or have it taken away from her after she gave birth to it. But she isn't necessarily the one to take care of her baby. She would probably let her grandmother raise it for the time being while she got everything together. But she will ponder over the three choices thoughout her entire pregnancy. She ultimately keep the baby when she sees it (him) for the first time.

Also the father of the child does not have to be your love interest but it’s all up to you.

Aysa's love interest, Luhan is not the father. Baekhyun, her 'secret lover' is.

How do you find out your pregnant?

Aysa had been experiencing the symptoms for a few days but she ticked it off as stress and food poisoning. It wasn't untill she fainted after performing on Music Bank that she was sent to the hospital by the manager. The doctor told her she wasn't pregnant but she wouldn't believe it. So, she disguised herself and bought like, a dozen pregnancy tests -just to be sure. And every one of them were positive.

How do you tell the father, do you want to even tell him at all?

Aysa would keep it away from Baekhyun for quite some time as she feared his reaction. She didn't even want to tell him but Baekhyun was angry at her for ignoring him. He confronted her in her room and found her pregnancy vitamins and books in her room. She was forced to tell him everything after that.

How does he react upon learning the news?

Like any male would, he was super shocked that he almost passed out when she told him. Baekhyun couldn't believe it at first, convinced that she had been sleeping with another guy but then remembered that he was the only one that Aysa had slept with these path few months and how he forgot to use protection that night he was drunk. He left without a word, leaving her heartbroken.

 

The next day, Baekhyun came back and begged for forgiveness. His mother had taught him that he had to take responsibilty for his actions and that he would step up to his role as a... f-father. He supports Aysa during her pregnancy and decides to take a more active role in the baby's life. He was there to support her financially and emotionally, taking time to accompany her to her appointments or to go shopping for baby things.

 

He was quite hesitant about being a father but ultimately tries his best to help Aysa with anything as it was half hos fault they were thrown into this mess in the first place. It wasafter the baby was born and when Baekhyun held his son in his arms for the first time that everything changed. At first, he stepped up to the role as an act of responsibilty, but now it's because he now formed a bond with his son and is shocked to discover that he loves his boy more than anything now. Baekhyun also thanked Aysa for naming the baby after him (Byun Baekhun). The two remain close friends and tries to cooperate well for the sake of their son.

» PERSONALITY

Luhan was one of EXO's most popular members, and why wouldn't he be? He's charming, cool and is undoubtedly one of the most handsome members in the group, making him known to the Korean industry as China's God of Visual. He is popular for his cute, feminine and deer-like face.

 

Despite his feminine and cute charm, Luhan identifies himself very strongly with being masculine or having very "manly" qualities. It's mainly because he's grown up with the image of himself being rather feminine (especially through his looks) and is trying to break away from the image SM is pushing on him. There's been accounts that have stated that if you say the words "girly" to Luhan, he will get very mad (which is bad as he doesn't get mad over most things). Luhan hates being associated with the words feminine and girly as he shouts out words of "WO SHI ZUI MAN. (I am very man)."

 

Luhan isn't that innocent looking 5 year old that believes babies comes from storks and that Santa Claus still exists. He's a grown man. He's 23 years old (24 in China). Luhan's  one smart guy for convincing his parents, who were dead set aganist his singer dream and still are, into letting him go to Korea. He's one smart guy for going to Korea, without knowing any prior Korean. He's also one smart guy to only train for 1-2 years without any prior professional help before he got into SM

 

Luhan has a rebellious side to him. He doesn't really like being controlled by anything or anybody, and that includes his parents. Coming from a pretty well-off family in Beijing, Luhan was coerced by his parents to pursue a career that was more "practical" like a doctor or a laywer or a buisnessman . He definitely grew up with a lot but he yearned for something on a more basic level eventhough Luhan was well above average in terms of money. Luhan's spirit is similar to that of adventurous and it seemed like he wanted to break away from his cage of comforts and go out to explore the world.

 

Luhan isn't so hot in variety. He's the type of guy that kind of stands in the back, let others show off their talents and only really participates when actively asked to. Luhan never initiated any sort of screentime and if he did open his mouth to talk, it was to answer the MC's question. Mostly it's because he’s nervous about doing Korean variety, but he’s always stuttering, nodding his head and generally looking so nervous.

 

Despite everything, Luhan is a genuinely nice guy. From pre-debut and till now, everyone who’s met him have described him as friendly, easy-going and polite. He's not perfect and he knows it, but he tries his best to make up for it. He really cares for s and continuosly supports them no matter what, even to the point where he laughed while rolling on a floor at a joke that Kris made while nobody else seems to think that it wasn't funny.

» INTERACTIONS

SM decided to lend a hand by helping Big Hite entertainment promote their girl group, STEAL HEARTZ by pairing them up with Korea and SM's hottest boy group, EXO.

 

Both groups combined and produced an EP together which was titled 'Fantasy' with a fantasy/fairy tale themed concept but with an angstier and more realistic approach about how ahrd it is to reach true love and how you should never let it go once you found it. Their newly formed combined unit 'EXO HEARTZ' released three music videos for the lead single. A prince version featuring the vocals of only the EXO boys, a princess version featuring only the girls and a fairy tale version where the two groups combine in the end.

 

The 5 princesses of STEAL HEARTZ were paired up with their respective partners. Aysa was originally supposed to be paired up with Sehun but the younger boy was admitted to the hospital after a minor car accident, unable to shoot the prince scenes for the Fairy Tale version of the song.

 

In the end, one of the single boys with no partner had to fill in his shoes and SM chose Luhan since he was roughly the same size as Sehun so the prince costume didn't need to be altered. The two of them didn't really get along well since they both have very strong personalities and often clashed with each other.

 

Aysa couldn't believe that a man with such an innocent face could be so stubborn and annoying. Luhan had trouble doing the romantic scenes with a girl who was the complete opposite of his ideal type. He wanted a sweet, innocent, demure and cute girl, not a serious, reserved and tomboy-like girl like Aysa.

 

Their turning point happened when Luhan nearly got hit by a car after being harassed by sasaeng fans at the filming site and Aysa managed to pull him away. The both of them were shellshocked but still alive. Luhan grudgingly thanks her and promised to be more nicer to her.

 

The two then set their differences aside and became close friends afetr realizing how their personalities were more similar to each other than they thought. However, Luhan and Aysa became the closest after they were both casted as resident members for the new and improved Family Outing 3, along with comedian Shin Bong Sun and Lee Gwangsoo, actors Kim Soohyun and Kim Wonhee, idols 2NE1's Sandara and 2AM's Jokwon and also SM Trainee, Kim Taeyong.

 

Their close friendship makes the other Family Outing members tease them and ask them to date already. The two always deny that their dating and that their just friends but nobody wants to hear it. This gets Aysa into trouble with EXO's many sasaengs and the amount of hate she received had tripled within 2 weeks of filming the show.

 

It became even worse when other variety shows keep bringing up their friendship and starting a new 'scandal' when a variety show revealed that the two of them wore couple bracelets (they were actually friendship bracelets). This causes a rift in their friendship, and made it nearly impossible for them to hang out without paparazzi trailing them.

 

Things got even worse when Luhan left EXO exactly 3 days after her birthday. Tehre were rumours that claimed that Luhan's departure had soemthing to do with Aysa. This lead to even bigger rumours which involved her dating Luhan, cheating on Luhan and dumping Luhan. Every fact about their friendship got twisted and the rumours became so serious that even SM questioned her if they were true or not. She, of course, denies since she was at the time just friends with Luhan.

 

Aysa often thinks about him as she really misses one of her best friends. She had to admit that she actually DID develop a crush on Luhan because he was so sweet and always so caring to her, leading her to fall deeply for him. One of ehr regrets was that she never got the chance to confess her feelings to Luhan and that their scandal tore the two apart.

 

The entire Republic of Korea was shocked when Luhan returned to the Korean entertainment industry after his lawsuit against SM. Updated! Lol. I can't help but to post these pictures of Juniel and Lincoln. Lincoln is the perfect faceclaim for Aysa and Baekhyun's son (if he does need one) because he seems so attached to Juniel, just as much as Baekhun (Aysa's baby) would be attached to his mom. Plus, Lincoln does kind of look like a combination of Baekhyun and Juniel (He has Baek's eyes and curly hair and Juniel's baby cheeks) So cute~
