personality ─ When you first meet May it can be pretty awkward because she tends to be shy so she doesn't say much. Yet when you start hang out or talk more along the way she isn't so bad, May can be fun and outgoing you just kind of have to pick her out of her shell. She's kind of the saying "never judge a book by its cover" because ohmygosh dare I say it, she has a 'B*tch Rest Face' so she can be a bit intimidating with her looks it's pretty understandable; May said "looks doesn't mean a thing until you actually get to meet or open up to the person". She gets asked that a lot about her looks or her face because she's seems pretty cold but she just responded jokingly "its my face, i can't do anything about it, I've tried to make myself seem less cold so I've tried smiling but smiling all the time but was tiring and it hurt my cheeks; so I would like to keep my face just as it is, thank you"; that's Ju-mie for yeah. When you actually get to know May she can be very imaginative, adventurous and loyal; she takes cares of others like as they were family, she loves do things active like exploring new places even do extreme actives like sky diving which surprises a lot of people and May loves to mold things meaning creating things physical like dancing to no-physical like writing.
Even though May isn't cold she can have her moments. Being a perfectionist the way she is can and will be difficult for her she always need to do things a couple more times so she can feel sure and confident like in dancing or rapping she needs re-do it if something feels off she always does it again. When she's alone there's problem she can re-do it many times she likes but she feels a bad when she has a group with her because she doesn't want to overwork them because May knows her limits but doesn't the other members very well but to her in order you can be/feel confident and not over think any of your moves/decisiones then re-do things multiple times is worth it. Another thing about May she can be what people call a guard dog, when with her group or friends especially family she can be a bit over protective; when someone is getting bullied or hurt she will take actions no matter what, even if it means to put a bit on bad light on her she will always have someones back. May can get criticized a lot but to her she's only human, she'll respond "If i can't be myself then who can I be, I can't be fake and make things seem they are perfectly fine; even if i say something that seems bad doesn't mean I'm Horrible; yes, I have a hard time expressing myself in word just as in body language can be different or the same. So if you don't like me that's fine, i was tought that I will not please a lot of people and I'm just going have to expect that because in the end I'm still going to be myself." background ─ May grew up on Oahu, with her big fun loving Korean family. She didn’t have much friends due to her shyness so both of her parents thought if would be good for her to take hula classes just like her sister, at first she was very awkward but along the way she got the hang of it and turn out she loves it but discontinued when she moved to korea but will always love it; along with hula she got into dancing and with that she took other types of dances with her older brothers When she got into her freshmen year of high school she was in the music department because of her brothers and sister but she enjoyed a lot and kept doing it all throughout high school that's how she got into singing and also being a multi-instrumentalist. May was never a bad kid in school but when grades went into it she didn't have the perfect score her parents never pressured her, they always said as long you think you are doing your best thats fine, well it turned out senior year she did graduate with another class (she skip a grade) and was respected but classmates and teachers because some of them thought she wasn't going to make it, which May even stronger. Growing up May wasn't really into kpop until her 8th grade year and actually decided to audition even though she failed but she kept going at it along with help of a very close family friend, she actually got chosen though her tape audition, she stayed to train on Oahu for a year then moved to Korea after she graduated.

trainee years ─ 1 years with Star Empire quite then got in YG for 2 years and 6 months then finally debuted.
trainee life ─ Auditioning was a challenge since not a lot of auditions for entertainments would come to Oahu so she would have to mails her tapes in. When she was 16 she got called back into a live audition into when they held Oahu and then was chosen for Star Empire she moved to korea after she graduated; she was very exicted and confident about training but things didnt go as expected. She knew her korean was on point and she had a bit of a different look, being a bit more tanner along with body shape than the rest of the girl trainees and staff she was a bit teased and put down; it shocked her a lot what people talk about looks and not their talent, so she began to be self conscious about everything. Along with the almost debuting and group being denied she began to lose faith; she was thinking to move back home or attend college. After one very long and horrible year of training in Korea she quit Star Empire, she didn’t feel safe in that entertainment, so when she turned 18 she took a year off think of what she really want to do.
During her year off she entered into the underground world of rappers and dancers; and that where she met WINNER's Mino; he was impressed but her not giving up even though she fail multiple times failing she kept coming back and getting each battle. Mino took her under his wing to help her for the next rap battle. There she met with other underground rappers and was respected as a underground rap and dancer. She kept coming back to the underground world during her pre-debut and debut.
It wasn’t long until she went into auditioning again, failing and almost accepted then she audition for YG but this time she had Mino that was in that same company; so she wasn’t as nervous. When she turned 19 she finally was accepted was not expecting to have people in YG who actually care more for their talents than their looks. Training in YG had to be the best time, she made friends and didn’t feel rejected. After all this time YG was the one for her.

personality ─ Minhyuk is known to be shy, also is known as the "Mouse" to his bandmates because of how quite he can be. May would say he is kind of a Onion, he has lots of layers to him; but once he gets super comfortable there is no going back, he is funny, clumsy and charming but he can still get socially awkward. Once Minhyuk met May, his band memeber say '"The mouse made a sound finally" and love to pick on him ever since he has changed. He would start to tease May a lot; both of their member would say they are like Tom and Jerry but its always turns good in the end. In the end Minhyuk will still be the quite mouse but to May he is actually always been a Jerry.
how did you guys meet? ─ it was during her pre-debut days; Miss A's Min was throwing a potluck at her apartment and invited May as the special guest since she was new and wanted her to meet some other people. As the usual F(x) Amber, Nicole, Ailee and other idols where there then Key came with CNBlue Minhyuk both of them actually first converation was Pasta, he kept eating this pasta dish then May appeared asking him 'do you like the pasta?' and he respond with his mouth full with a grunt and nod, they both laughed May then said "well I'm glad you like it, it's a new recipe was trying out". The whole night they talked about different pasta and food. After that they kept meeting each other during idol events since May was a backup dancer and began to hang out even more during her pre-debut days. But the moral of the story is that food actually brought this couple together.
interactions ─ They Tom and Jerry; always tease each other on social media even on show appearances. He likes to impress her with is skills even May with her dancing skills.

─ On Royal Flush second appearance on Running Man appear along with other idols (like CNBlue), it was a White Day episode. Almost the end of the episode the MC's asked just to the guys who they think who is their ideal type to on today everyone said other girls and when it was Minhyuk’s turn he just stared at May; her eyes widen and blush and he smiled and said "a girl" then the Mc's said "don't you lie, It's May!" then they both blush then the Mc made everyone do the Staring game (you know the one when they remove the paper in front of the couple and see what happens) well when it was May and Minhyuk’s turn she got really close when they remove the paper they both stared into each others eyes and that's when Minhyuk blushed and looked away while May started laughing; then everyone started sing ost love songs to them.
─ (If this was a Mix And Match type of thing) Minhyuk and other Idols would take pictures of them watching the episode and Cheering on for May; posting them later on social media and it's always one Minhyuk's account.
─ they both appeared on Immortal Song, and during one of the back stage breaks; they decided to have a dance battle then it turn into a y dance battle and then it was May's turn but they decided that May should dance to Minhyuk since he was so quite; so she did and Minhyuk was so amazing and didn't realize that he was all red. they we both catching glimpses of each other and blushing.
