Kiko has never been one to let her opinions go unspoken. She loves letting the world know what she thinks and hates if they don't agree with her point of view. You can literally see the fire radiating off her as she goes about her daily life. Like seriously, Kiko was casualy shopping for groceries with her dad when someone told her father to take care of his kid carefully because she looked like trouble and it was as if she could burn anyone just by looking at them. Extremely high-spirited, she's passionate about a lot of things. When Kiko loves something, she obsesses over it wholeheartedly. When she hates something, she'll literally chuck a fit every time she's within two metres of it. She despises living in the dark and believes that the whole point in living is to make a mark on the world. What's the point of living unnoticed when you can make a difference in someone's life, know what I'm saying? And that's where her shameless attributes come in. Because of her constant yearning to be different to people and living in the bright sunshine, Kiko will do absolutely anything to be noticed. She craves people's attention on her and is basically a natural-born entertainer. From slap-stick comedy to body gags, she'll do anything to put smiles or even scowls across people's faces. And back to her passionate soul. I guess passion is extremely loved and thought well of in a world full of cowards, but there are times when you just want to slap Kiko in the face. Her passion can easily get out of hand up till the point of rudeness. Her constant nagging about what she engulfs wholeheartedly can get anyone annoyed. That's still technically a good trait, though, because it shows her absolute refusal to leave something half-finished. She's extremely dedicated with everything she does and treats everything as if the world was a precious treasure, which it is. This is also why its sometimes easy to get her upset. Kiko gives her uttermost respect to every living creature on earth and is greatly affected when people just cast her away.

With a heart composed of iron and steel, she really doesn't give a damn what people think about her. She lives how she wants, thank you very much. As said above, Kiko lives in the light and her thoughts are always full of burning passion. Passion goes both ways. Its good to see someone so determind and stubborn with life and never clueless about a thing, but it also gives way to bad stubborness which is home to constant refusal at admitting she's wrong, whether the facts are laid out in front of her or not. Kiko's the type to never let someone forget something they've done and doesn't forgive and forget easily. Jealousy is something she takes seriously and revenge is a hobby of hers. Kiko's whole body and soul is filled with fire. Arrogance comes occasionally and sarcasm is amidst the atmoshpere continuously. With a mind so worked up about how to make herself noticed, its easy to get Kiko angry. Once again, passion. Kiko's anger is fuelled with passionate fire which is formed from anything someone does to upset her. Clear meanings of misunderstandings often take time to work their way into Kiko's mind and she hates when she has to grudgingly admit she's wrong. The fire burning in her heart easily breaks free and quick wits and stubborn-lit eyes break into your soul as she does anything she wants to make you see that you should never pick a fight with her again. Her eyes literally say "You'll be messing with the wrong person" if someone even glances at her in the wrong way. Kiko's taken an anger-management class before, to no prevail. She's still the same foul-mouthed beast she is. An extremely protective person, its more likely that you'll upset her if you say something bad about the people she cares deeply about, i.e, her family. And, oh boy, if you even say one little thing about them, she will rip your insides out, roll them into a ball, play bowling with them, take them on a nice little stroll and throw them away. One little thing can set her off and its hard to make her hot-temper die down. Very hard.

To sum up everything quite simply, Kiko has burning fire radiating off of her and its impossible to ever put out her flame.

BACKGROUND »
On the exact same day, a year after her older brother was born, Kim Kiko popped out of her mother's belly. In the loud, bustling capital city of Japan, she took her first gasp of air and it was clear from that moment on, that she would not be an easy child to raise. Being the child of a Korean father and a Japanese mother, both sides saw to it that both languages were learnt and mastered completely. And honestly, it isn't hard for a Japanese to learn Korean, or vice versa since the sentence structure is the same and words are actually quite similar. Music has always run deep in the blood for the Kim family, and even for the Tachibanas. That's actually how the relationship that grew into a family formed. Music. Kim Minhyun, Kiko's father, and Tachibana Shia, Kiko's mother, met at a music festival in Japan and love blossomed from then on. That's why, from the moment Kiko's brother could speak, both children were involved in learning how to play instruments, sing and dance. While her brother formed an affinity with singing, Kiko herself took to dancing. With Shia being the singer and Minhyun being the better dancer, the family enjoyed teaching each other and learning different things from one another.

When Kiko turned ten, the Kim family moved to Korea so both Mako and Kiko could experience living where Minhyun grew up. It was bliss. Finding a new permanent job as a builder, Minhyun's well formed body from dancing his entire life, it was easy for him to handle heavy pieces of timber. Shia became a stay-at-home mum where she could sing her heart out every day. Kiko and Mako enrolled in an international school and both joined their respective clubs. At the age of thirteen, the opportunity to audition for YG Entertainment floated by. Both children were initially reluctant. Sure, music was their life. They literally lived and breathed song and dance each day, but they didn't want to leave their family behind. Shia and Minhyun persuaded their children to at least audition... and so they did.

TRAINING » Kiko was accepted into YG Entertainment for her dancing skills. Day and night, training was admist the air everywhere. It was not like how she thought it'd be. Instead of practising her already perfected-dancing, she was forced to further her singing skills in hopes of eventually debuting. And that's when Mako appears again. He was accepted as a singer and needed help with dancing so the pair of siblings helped each other endlessly. While both were shunned by the occasional bully for not being completely Korean, it was often Kiko who stood up for the two of them while Mako just glared.

In the end, it was Kiko who would be able to debut first. After three long years of perspiration and endless training, she was chosen to be a part of the girl group 'Scarlet' which would be joint with JYP Entertainment's 'Stars' to form 'Scarlet Stars'. And thus, her idollife begins.
