Could you do the same but for Luhan's character?

LuLu.

Aww, I love him here.

He's the quiet, perceptive and mysterious member. He speaks quietly but with purpose. He doesn't run his mouth and he's more of an observer. I wish I could be more like this Luhan. He's the guy standing by the bar while everyone else is dancing. He's the guy whose gaze you could catch from across the room and all you'd think was "What is he thinking right now?"

Kris maybe the sheep in wolf's clothing but Luhan is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

He sees everything play out in front of him and instead of commenting on it, he files it away in a mental shelf. He's almost like a detective where he'd see different things and note them down as clues that would fit together later to show a bigger picture. He knows when something is significant and knows that some time in the future he's going to need whatever he's found.

He's a killer, a rather gruesome one. Where Tao is a sniper or assassin, him and Minseok are more like murderers. They're rather violent and are skilled with hand to hand combat, opting for knives instead of long range weapons like guns. They like to get up close and personal with their victims. But he knows loyalty. All of EXO does. They're mercenaries, which mean that the don't really take sides, they just kill for whoever pays them too, but they've worked with Big Bang and B.A.P for so long that it'd be hard to get them to turn. Hell, they even attend Jiyoung's gala because they're basically part of the family.

Luhan isn't the leader but a lot of times it looks like he should be. He's very similar to Yongguk in a lot of ways because there seems to very little that gets by him. He's a big picture kind of guy but for someone with blood lust, he's pretty timid in the sense that he'll be more on the defensive than the offensive unless it's life or death. He doesn't move unless he has to. Not very pro-active. There isn't a big reason why he isn't the  leader other than the fact that Kris took that role upon himself and Luhan didn't care enough to fight for it.

He was fine with Kris in charge until the accident with Alice.

One of the biggest things is that Luhan always knows more than he lets on because he's big on the 'need to know basis' concept. Also it's because Luhan knows how to network. He knows the people that he should stay close to and the people that he should trust, which is why he's so close with Himchan.

Luhan seems pretty emotionless but he does care. He cares for his gang which is like his family but he shows he cares through different means.

He's big on tough love.

It's not his job to make someone feel good about themselves, he sees it as his job to help people around him improve and stay tethered to the ground. He's like the moral pillar. He's tough on Kris but he never jumps the gun with Eun Ah and spills Kris's secrets because he gives him the benefit of the doubt. He figures that he shouldn't be the one to reveal the truth.  

On to him and Kris.

It's been revealed that Luhan and Alice were in a relationship before Kris dated her. We don’t know a lot about their relationship or the type of couple they were, but it is now clear why Luhan seemed to always be on Kris's .

Firstly, his friend/leader was in a serious relationship with his ex and secondly, his ex was killed essentially out of spite just because she was dating Kris. But it's hard because Luhan doesn't really get the option to grieve over her. Why? Because she's not his girlfriend anymore and even though he had something with her, he couldn't break down when his leader was having a harder time. Which was also why he had such a short temper with Kris dragging his mourning on for 10 years when Luhan himself barely got any time at all.

Not to mention that you could probably assume that if she was still dating Luhan, she'd probably still be alive.

And he, for good reason, blames Kris and he doesn't want him to make the same mistake with Eun Ah and somehow getting her killed in the same fashion, out of spite. Luhan wants to stop a disaster before it happens, but he wants to help Kris as well. But Kris doesn't want that help.  

Luhan doesn't want to see Kris break down and a lot of his animosity towards Kris mourning will be revealed later on.

Luhan is not heartless. He may be a pain in the for Kris, but he does it for a reason.

And fundamentally, Luhan does care for Kris at the end of the day, no matter what their pasts may be, but that doesn't mean that therr aren't any hard feelings, it just means that Luhan can do a better job at masking his emotions for the greater good of everyone else. He knows that he doesn't have the luxury to around but he doesn't complain. He chose this life for a reason and even if things get in the way, he has to soilder on.
