I agree with everlastingstars. You're characters are a little too transparent. If I didn't know, I thought that they were part of the background.

This time is much better than last time though. You have a clear focal point and the edges of your characters look much smoother as well.

But, I would make the font of the title a little bigger so that it's more noticeable and I don't actually suggest you use this certain font lettering only because not everyone can read it. Then, add a little (only just a little) transparency to the words so that it doesn't look odd as it stands out from the rest of your poster. This will blend the words in just a little bit but not too much that you can't see the words at all. One more thing, when choosing font colour, try stick with the neutrals only because they match with every thing but for instance, your choice of pink doesn't really match with the rest of your soft, pastel looking poster.

I'm not good with Photoshop, never got this far.
But, I think pictures of the boy and girl could be a little less transparent.
Just my opinion.
But nice poster!
