Two words in case some readers don't know the terminology:

CSS - a format for web developement. It is most often a file linked to in the HTML document (the text of a website in codes). Sometimes the page fails to load the CSS, wich result in ugly looking pages with black Times New Roman fonts with blue links on a white background, all the text to the left of the browser.

Crawler - something that scans a page. Google use crawlers to scan a page to add in their database to their search engine.

 

I've been on AFF since 2010, so I've experienced most of the changes this site went through. At first I mostly liked the last design, but now that I study IT, including web developement, this new site makes this student in me very excited.

That's how it looked like when I joined in 2010, so I guess, that's how it was supposed to look like with the CSS. I guess the examples above, the site didn't acually look like that

2012

I was quite absent from this site in 2012, mostly caused by a month long trip abroad in January, where I had no access to internet (except at that one hotel I stayed at for two nights where they had internet, and I caught up with the Exo teasers and new songs, lol:P), and I had subscribed to too many fics, and I was too lazy to catch up wih them all.

 

Dec 2013 had almost the same design as 2012
