OMFG WE GOT A EXCELLENT!!! Our band hasn't gotten any rating that wasn't a Good in 10 years since 2004. I am so proud of my band members right now and myself because I pushed my ads with playing and marching 90s at the same time because it's hard for me to play those high notes and march the right way but I did it ^ v ^ 

And if you don't know the rating for MPA (music performance assessment) is in this order from best to worse: Superior, Excellent, Good, Fair, and Poor. And to make a comparison it's like getting actual school grades: Superior-A; Excellent-B; Good-C; Fair- D; Poor- F.

So you guys can kinda guess my amount of excitement and happiness.

Last year since it was my first year in band and we got a Good I didn't really understand why majority of our band was crying but they really took the ratings seriously and it made me feel like I should've worked harder which is exactly what I did this year.
