Wow, it's been two years since I've written a blog on here. Everyone else seems to be ranting about current events, and I'm just here like holy crap, I'm officially back on AFF. I feel sorry to anyone who became interested in my story 'The Way We Are Now' but never got an update. I've said this before but trust me, I understand how frustrating it can be when someone doesn't update. I need to be more understanding of other writers because it's hard work, and sometimes life gets in the way. I have a laptop (for now) that I can use to actually type up chapters.

I will try to update at least once a week. Whether that's a chapter or banging out the whole story, who knows. My inspiration comes and goes. I love reading fics here on AFF and it's a really fun place to be. Don't be afraid to share your critiques or receive it! Even though it's meant to be a fun website, some people are serious about improving their writing. If you need a beta reader, ask for one! I'm willing to help people out, especially if English isn't their native language.

I can't ask that you support me but if you like my writing, please do! I don't care about getting more subscribers or upvotes or anything like that. First and foremost, I write for myself because I enjoy it. I've always enjoyed writing. Secondly, if people can enjoy my writing, that's even better, so I would like to write things that my readers enjoy :) for previous subscribers, thank you for sticking with me! I can't promise more timely updates but I definitely won't leave again. The holidays are coming up soon. Does anyone have any plans?
