Personality: He is the type of person that would rather learn by experience than by someone telling him about their experience. So, for example, if you say "don't touch that pot because it's too hot and you'll burn yourself," he would be the one would would grab it anyway, most likely when you aren't looking. It's not that he doesn't believe you, but he's stubborn and unless he has personally experienced something (like if he had touched a hot pot before), he's not just going to take your word for it. Shiro also isn't going to vocalize his feelings. If he cares about something or someone, it's likely that they will be the last person to know it (unless they are good at reading body language and interpreting from there). Likewise, if he hates you, he probably won't tell you straight up but his actions will probably give it away.

Background: Shiro was born in Japan to a family that was already fairly large, compared to those that lived around them. He came into the world with three older brothers and a loving but exhausted mother. His father had skipped out on the family before he was born, or at least that is what he grew up to believe. No one would ever really speak of him, and as Shiro grew older he just came to assume that maybe the man was dead, or at the very least a deadbeat. Because of this, he ended up with kind of a ty childhood, because his two twin brothers treated him like he was the reason their dad left for most of his young life. They were both only two years older than he, and were too young to understand anything other than that they got a new brother and lost their dad all within the same year. He had a little bit of a better relationship with his oldest sibling Naizen (who he called Zen - and the nickname was pretty fitting because the boy always seemed so calm). Despite his father leaving and Misa having to raise four boys by herself, they never seemed to be low on funds. Later in his teenage years, Shiro suspected that was because of incoming money from his grandparents, as it seemed that his mother came from a rather rich ancestry. Misa also ran a sushi restaurant and bar, and it seemed to do fairly well because after a while he hardly saw his mother at all except for late in the evenings.

Even though Shiro was born in Japan, he has grown up in Korea almost all of his life. Shortly after his birth, his mother packed up all five of them and moved them to South Korea, despite them not having any family there and the fact that she knew very little of the language. She thought they all needed a fresh start, and thankfully she did have an industry friend or two who helped her adjust and become fluent enough in Korean for her to get by. The children were all given a home tutor, because Misa was gone the majority of the time to run the sushi business she started not long after they arrived in the country. Because of this, Shiro grew up with little to no parental figure or guidance, and as a result was quite a rebellious young child and teen (something that has not faded much even in his now adult years). He never attended a proper school, although for official legal purposes his home studies were enough for him to finish high school. He has no desire to attend university.

Comments: So some things regarding his dad. Since Shiro doesn't really know it, I didn't include it in the background, but this is what actually happened-- (and it's kind of complicated so sorryyyyy.) His brothers were all fathered by Hisaki, who is indeed dead somewhere... he left them after he found out his wife was pregnant with Shiro, and cut off all contact with them (he died later of some terminal illness, serves him right). He is not Shiro's father. Misa was actually , but she was too terrified to tell her husband and let him believe that she had been unfaithful to him, and the man that her does not know that she had a child as a result. --- also, holy crap I found it so hard to find an actual honest-to-god Japanese faceclaim for this little . so the one/s I picked are olderish, if you want me to change them tell meeeeee although I'll probably need help because wtf I know nothing about Japanese idols. Except Taka. fml I should have thought this through before writing his whole background. XD
