142. Azlea was raised in Puerto Rico up until 7 when her family moved to New York for a better education for her sister. She spent summers in Korea with her grandmother, where she first learned about hallyu. At 12 she was encouraged by Lala to try out for a company. She was later accepted into YG at 13 and albeit reluctantly her parents let her stay in Korea in the conditions if she was not outsted and her grades stayed good. At 15 to better her training she was sent to America where she picked up lyrical, and grew more interested in rapping. Yg traded her at 16 to Pledis which traded her to Kahi's company. She was caught in a rumor with B.A.P's Zelo after the duo was spotted drinking bubble tea in a shop.
