personality » Somi's personality would be very different to what other people would think of her. She strongly believes that nobody should ever judge someone by his or her cover.

She is actually a usually lazy girl. In the group, she's always the one who showers the least, because of her extreme laziness. Her favourite hobby is, of course, sleeping. During their breaks or their free days, she would do nothing but sleep at the dorm, while the other members would be shopping or something. She really enjoys her comfort.

Somi's sense of humour is outstanding. She always tells hilarious jokes which makes people laugh so hard that tears fall more than rain. Also, out of all the members, she has the most erted mind. She is also quite the prankster, always playing tricks on the other members just for the fun of it. Being the maknae and all, she's very stubborn at times, but Somi actually has a very confusing personality because her personality actually differs from people to people. And out of all the members, she's the most sarcastic one too.

Despite the fact that she's extremely lazy, she actually takes her work very seriously. As one of the main dancers, she's very talented when it comes to it. She practices hard every day hoping to become even better.

background » Somi, surprisingly, has a very dark history. Born in Gwangju, Jung Hyun Mi was raised by her own brother while growing up because her parents were both shot right in front of her when she was six. She grew up with her older brother, Jung Hoseok, in their old house which was burnt by a gang of teenagers. They had no where else to stay since all of their relatives were all fatally stabbed by the same group of teenagers. Both of them survived by hiding in a dark alley because they were told so by their own parents. Both of them had no other choice but to go to the orphanage but neither of them really wanted to, even if it was the best decision. So instead, they both decided to earn money by working for people in other neighbourhoods like walking their dogs and such. This service was not working out too well so both of them decided to give up everything they had and sell it all to earn money. they suceeded in doing so which they decided to enroll themselves into a school.

Since only growing up with her older brother, Somi was bullied a lot in high school because of her strange personality. She had a lot of trouble fitting in with the girls in her school so she decided to only befriend male students, which resulted in her being thought as 'desperate' by other students which caused her to be more bullied.

personality » Taehyung's personality is very strange. Some people could be very repelled from him because of his inhumane behaviour, but Somi just finds it adorable. Taehyung could be best described in one word: alien. He is so strange that he may not even be from this planet. He's also very outgoing and confident. He won't ever get bothered if someone judges him. That's what Somi loves about him. When one befriends this alien here, they become part of a very strong friendship. Taehyung is incredibly trustworthy as well which is a great trait. Sure, sometimes he could go a bit overboard with his unusual self, but he also does have a respectful side where he knows his boundaries. ~~and he's squishy too~~

love story » During their high school years, Taehyung and Hyunmi grew closer and closer. Hoseok knew about Hyunmi's little crush on his best friend so he decided to help his little sister out. Fortunately, Taehyung wasn't as dense as they thought he was and he, too, slowly started developing feelings for the girl. Both of them had known they had feelings for each other, but neither had the guts to confess.

The girl needed some help from her own set of friends, so she asked her best friend what she should do, since the both of them were close as well. Jungkook told the latter to confess first because knowing Taehyung, he would never admit it first. The girl then nodded as she thought about it carefully.

She failed to do so, though. She really didn't have the ~~balls~~ guts to do what she was told so she decided to forget about him because she started to think that he didn't even love her the way she loved him.

One day, while walking home from school, Hyunmi was in the worst mood possible. More teasing and bullying, bad grades, and worst of all, it started to rain. Oh, how she hated the rain. Using her hood to cover her head from being completely wet, she started to walk even faster to avoid the rain quicker. While she was walking, a sudden hand touched her shoulder ever-so-softly. She got ridiculously scared and gasped softly but only to stop freaking out when she felt the warmth from the hand. She turned around to see who the owner of the warmth was only to see the only hope in her life. Him. He stood there, with tears in his eyes. She felt a tug on her heart and she got worried. Without saying a word, he grabbed her and pulled her in for a hug. A few seconds of silence was shared but it wasn't an awkward one, it was one of those really comforting silence. She was still pretty shocked on what just happened, but she let go of all the feelings she held in and took a deep breath. They pulled away but not completely, looking into each other's eyes. It was like they were staring into each other's sould. Their faces were so close up that their breaths were felt with each others lips. Slowly, he closed his eyes and slowly pulled her in. Their lips touched slowly and her heart beat fell in a milisecond. She was more shocked than ever, but instead of pulling away, she found herself slowly returning the kiss. After a few seconds they pulled away and Hyunmi's cheeks heated up rapidly. The rain only made it worst. So to avoid any awkward situations, she ran back home as fast as she could.

She doesn't even know if they're a thing or not, maybe it was just a confession? Nobody accepted or rejected anyone. I guess she'ss find out the next time she sees him.
