♦ Byul is a protective person. She is always the umma in her groups of friends and doesn't really mind it. She is a very cautious person so she doesn't really trust very easy. But once she does she will trust you through and through. It can be a good or bad thing for her, for her heart gets broken when someone breaks her trust. Sometimes she needs someone to lean on but she is a very strong woman. She likes to help people with their problems and she is good at it. She is almost the councelor of the group if you would say. She is responsible and likes to take care of her members even if they don't want it she still does it. 

 

♦ Byul is a bit of a serious person. She doesn't joke around much but she would still play around sometimes. She just wouldn't be the one to initiate it. Even with her brother she doesn't play around unless he wants to. She is also an indecisive person. She can't make her own decisions most of the time, so she asks other peoples opinion or let them guide her through situations. That is why she is very thankful to others. She is also a very well mannered person. She respects her elders and even her juniors. She bows to everyone and thanks them also. She is a bit of a stingy person but she is so kind you can't help but love her.

 

 

BACKGROUND [ ♦ ] 

Byul was born in a family of 4, her parents and her older brother Jiyong. She was 5 years younger than him so she depended on him most of the time. She even said she would marry him when they grew older. Her family would laugh and they were very close with one another. She loved her family so much and she couldn't ask for anything more. But then her happy family came to an end. She was only 7 at the time and her brother was 12. They were just walking home together one day when they noticed their parents weren't home. They just thought that they were still at work maybe, being that they work in the same building and get off at the same time. Her and her brother both waited until night time for their parents to be home. They were worried and scared of what was happening and they had no idea what was happening. Then they had a phone call on their house phone.Jiyong answered the phone and  it was their close aunt; she was crying. She told him that their parents were in a car accident on their way home and the car crashed The car crashed happened on the bridge of the han river where the car then flew into the river where it drowned. Jiyoung by then was speechless and looked at his sister who was just silent as he was tears falling on her face. She couldn't believe what was happening. Her head felt dizzy and her mind was just blank. That was when her life changed.

Byul from then on changed from the bubbly naive little girl and she matured into a polite young women. After the accident her and her brother moved in with their family friends, the Songs. Jiyong then was pursuing his dream of music then. He was in a hip hop group and Byul was stuck alone. She didn't whine over it but supported him through everything.  Her family was in love with music in every form possible. Her brother was more interested in the hip hop scene while Byul was into the acoustic and indie stuff. She loved to dance also, so her family put her in a performing arts school. She learned dacing, singing, and guitar there. She didn't tell anyone that her brother was Jiyoung afraid that they would only befriend her for being siblings with an idol. She kept to herself most of the time so people just didn't interact much with her. She talked with everyone but not in a close kind of way.She focused more on her studies rather than socializing. She only had one close friend since birth and that was Song Chan Oh. He was like a second brother to her and even Jiyong saw him like one. They were close since they were the same age and their parents were close. Chan Oh and her went to the same school but majored in different things. He was an artist while she was a muscian, so they didn't see each other much besides lunch and at home (Family friend).

Byul wanted to perform music her whole life. She just loved the feeling of being on stage and expressing yourself. She composed her own stuff and used to perform it on the street or cafes. She learned guitar at the age of 10 and played it ever since. She just loved the sound of the guitar and how it would resonate around the room. Music to her is the equivalent to water. It is a neccessity to life, and she needs her daily dose of it.

He comes out as cold at first but once you get to know him he is a sweet and lovely guy. He doesn't smile much but when he does it lights up a room, his expression is usually stiff and the same. But once he is on stage you will see a WHOLE new side to him. He has a similar personality to Byul but more reserved.

 

RELATIONSHIP [ ♦ ] Originally a sunbae-hoobae relationship but they grew closer together when they realized they had the same personality.

HISTORY [ ♦ ] Before Byul became a trainee she would perform at cafes and streets. One day while she was performing in the cafe she met Leo who seemed to love her voice. He used to go to the cafe every month and see her. She was intrigued to who it was but they never got the chance to speak to each other. Then when Byul debuted, her and Leo grew closer as senior and hoobae when they promoted together at the same time.
