Okay, so my hair is... Frizzy? I dont know, the lower part is straight but the upper one (the one that's shorter) is like, out if place. I hate it. What should i do???

I've grown out my hair now, I realised frizzy and short hair do not go well together...
So, all I can say is wait it out and grow your hair? Is your hair layered?
Maybe you could straighten it out or curl... I normally put my hair in a bun during the night, so I have nicer curls in the morning but I wouldn't advice it if your hair is layered and shorter at the top :)
