Judgmental

(Maviyah walks in with a folder)

Maviyah: Breaking news! A woman was found with major injuries after a fatal car accident. Witnesses claim that it was another hit-and-run. Police are currently investigating the scene.

(Owen and Joseph walk in)

Owen: The bigget lead we have for now is the plate number which was RNN320.

Joseph: We'll do our very best to finish this case for the victim's family.

(Maviyah, Owen and Joseph walks out)

Dianne: In St. Paul's Hospital. A girl was pacing back and forth, while staring at the door expecting someone to enter. And someone did, a doctor entered the hospital in a hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. The girl scowled and marched towards the doctor.

Maviyah: WHY ARE YOU LATE?! MY SISTER IS DYING IN THERE AND YOU DECIDED THAT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO BE LATE? WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR ARE YOU? HER LIFE IS ON THE LINE HERE!

Grace: (bows) I am so sorry, ma'am. I wasn't in the hospital when I received your call, I came here as fast as I did. Now, I wish you'd stay calm so I could do my work.

Maviyah: (Throws bag down, angrily) Calm down?! What if that was your sister's life on the line? Would you calm down??

Grace: I am so sorry. But, we will do our best by God's grace and you should also pray for your sister. (Runs towards the Operating room)

Maviyah: (Glares at Grace's direction) Giving advices when we're not concerned is so easy.

Dianne: The surgery took a few hours after which the doctor went out happily.

Grace: Thank goodness! Your sister is saved! If you have any questions ask the nurse.

Maviyah: Why is she so arrogant? Couldn't she wait for a few moments so that I could ask about my sister's state?

Dianne: Maviyah walked towards the nurse and asked about her sister and after a while mentioned the doctor.

Ryan: Ah, Doctor Grace? Her cousin was in an accident a few days ago and is currently in the ICU. I heard that Ms. Salinas couldn't make it, today was supposed to be her last day on Earth. And now that she saved your sister's life, she went back to see her cousin one last time.

Dianne: At Western Visayas Medical Center, Grace barged in her cousin's room with tears in her eyes.

Grace: Am I too late?

Farrah: Nah, just in time. So, did you save another life?

Grace: (chokes back sob) Uh-huh. But I can't save yours...

Farrah: (smiles) I..It's...Fine... (closes eyes)

Dianne: The moral of the story is that; "Never judge anyone because you never know how their life is and what they’re going through."
