Xiuris fanfic help

So if you remember at the end of I Got Yours, Mine, and Ours chapter 7  I mentioned a Xiuris Canadian!Uni! AU and I have started working on that, and when I mean working like there is very little written and most likely I will only  publish it and start working on it more hardcore after We Got Married: Gay Marriage season 1 is done.

However, I do like the AU very much and while Xiuris is the main focus I also want to include EXO as the other characters, so I'm asking you guys if you could help me and give me some suggestions for where EXO should be attending university and what should they major in.

Here's what I have so far:

Xiumin: UBC (Pre-Architect)

Kris: Simon Fraser University (Languages)

Lay: Mount Saint Vincent University (Gerontology)

Tao:Mount Allison (?)

Chen:Bishops's University (?)

Baekhyun: ? (?)

Chanyeol: ? (Dentistry) -although I kind of want him to go to St. Francis Xavier-

Suho: Queen's University (Business probably but also partial ?)

D.O: Memorial University (?)

Kai: University of Manitoba (?) -should be noted he's only enrolled part-time-

Sehun: University of Toronto (?)

Luhan: On exchange from the University of Manchester but he's Canadian uni is ? (Medicine) -I do want his school to be in BC-

I would be so thankful for any help in this, so please leave your school or major suggestions!

It would probably work better if many of them went to the same university. People from SFU and UBC don't see each other all that much due to distance and conflicting academic schedules.

Maybe they could all just go to the same university with different majors or you could just, create universities. ^^
I see Kyungsoo in languages. Sehun in business. I see Chen better as a Dentist than Chanyeol. I think the latter will be more in accounting. For Tao maybe something having to do with animals?
I don't know for the others.
I wish I could help for the universities but I'm really not familiar with Canadian uni.
