From the looks of this, it is real. The girlfriend got the pictures and document from the hospital and submit them as evidence. It's pretty shocking that a guy like Kim Hyunjoong would do such things. I have no excuse to defend or hate both the girlfriend and Hyunjoong. If he goes to jail, so be it. I don't care what Kpop idols do in their private lives.

I feel no sympathy.

People kill me with the "it looks fake" or makeup. The girl shouldn't have to prove anything to anyone. The girl suffered and I doubted she would have even come forward (but I read her friend was the one who reported things to police first). That lame excuse from the company which was BASICALLY a confession of "I did it....but didn't 'mean' it"? The man is GUILTY. Stop defending him in something so sad, so wrong because he is "oppar". We do NOT know how these kpop stars are BEHIND the scenes. They can be rude and nasty.

My prayers go out to the girl for having to PROVE herself to people who will take a celebrity's side because of WHO he is over the facts. There are no "BUTs or IFs". Your beloved Korean actor, singer, and leader did this to someone whom he loved and who loved him. That....is pretty sad.

I think people saying "guys shouldnt hit girls" is ist. By the end of the day no one should hit anyone. Full stop.
But if he just attacked her or hit her for something stupid, just like any human of any gender, he should be punish. But this is just mine (and quite a few others opinions on this subject)

If it didn't happen, then that's the best outcome for all.
If it did happen, then he deserves to get punished for this. I know a lot of fans have said, in similar occasions, things like "no, he/she is perfect, we will protect him/her". Well, no. I'm a fan of his, but if HyunJoong did really assault her, then he must be punished. That's the truth. No matter if he's an idol, behavior like that should not be tolerated.
Innocent until proven otherwise, to me, but if he really did it, then no "protecting Oppa", he'll get what he deserves.
