21.08.14 - So... Roleplays. What The Hell Are They?

So I've been thinking about this lately. What on earth are Roleplays? I keep getting roleplay Adverts on my wall (annoys the crap outta me.) so i'm wondering. Can someone please explain the concept of Roleplays? I don't get them at all... Do we pretend to be people...? Or.... What? O_o

LOL you don't know what's a roleplay? Roleplay = by the word itself, you are roleplaying as an idol. EXAMPLE, I roleplay as Wendy in roleplayrepublic.com. I get to pretend that I'm wendy and chat with other roleplayers. You can be married, engaged and pregnant (wtf) with an idol ur close with :3 Its fun but you need to be active in order to stay in the roleplay ~~

Yes!! In roleplays, we take up a character and be them. For example, I play a Sehun on a roleplay group on twitter and I tweet as him. It's like pretending we are the idol we chose to be if you get what I mean? You should join!! I made sebaek happen in that group heh xD
