》Intelligent; quite self-explanatory, and sometimes goes overboard, like when strangers ask her how's the weather [typical question] she'd reply "Well, it looks like we're going to have congenial weather for approximately 34 minutes, because as we can see, and feel, actually, the wind tendency is from west, and if we look at the west side of the sky there are nimbus clouds, even though the clouds we have now is cirrus, because weather changes abruptly especially because of global warming." As much as possible, Joorim associates her favorite subject to everyday conversations; science and math. Especially science. Joorim is also blessed with excellent communication skills, and because she also has a vast vocabulary even in english, sometimes it doesn't suit everyday situations, like when she was trying to order food [delivered], the worker ended up stuttering and clueless, but she's nevertheless prudent. Resourceful; Joorim is a very practical person, and she uses her common sense well. She doesn't like spending on things that isn't really needed, and is a fan of recycling because recycling "not only saves mother earth, but also reduces the chance of being broke" according to Joorim. Thoughful; Joorim's sympathetic and perceptive to other's feelings to the point that she shouldn't be joined when making pranks and stuff like that because she always dissaproves to whatever plan it is just to make fun of someone. ■ background | 》13th of January, Joorim was born. She was born and raised in Seoul, and because of her parents' decent jobs, in Gangnam. She had a brother, and his name was Junmyeon, which was pretty much Joorim's guardian angel during her childhood. Whenever someone bullied her, Junmyeon was there to protect her, even if he wasn't the strongest. Whenever Joorim misses her parents because of their parents' tight schedules, Junmyeon was there to comfort her. Cutting to the chase, Junmyeon made Joorim's childhood enjoyable, so Joorim thought that she needed to repay Junmyeon somehow. By the time she knew that, she was already stepping into high school, and Junmyeon was now a trainee SM Entertainment. How the hell can I repay him now? she thought.

Pretentious, because, heck, having the face and the money doesn't mean that you're the most wanted girl in the world; you also need the brains, which, Joorim thinks that Haebyeol doesn't contain because of her immaturity. Why does she say that? Well, because of her "modesty", their first meeting was indeed the best [which will be explained in why are they rivals; note the sarcasm] . Sqanderer, because, as a paractical person Joorim is, she thinks Haebyeol spends too much money on her EXO oppas just to impress them. Yes, Joorim's fortunate that Haebyeol's not one of those sasaeng fans, but a fan like her makes Joorim's blood boil. Actually, everything that Haebyeol does irks Joorim, because of Haebyeol's habit to be clingy around people. Haebyeol also has a high-pitched voice that when she talks to guys, especially EXO, it tend to get a bit higher which Joorim just... despises. Joorim would also describe Haebyeol as an "Innocent until proven guilty" kind of girl, because this girl can fool anyone by using her pretty face. Joorim would do anything just to ignore Haebyeol, but since this avid fan could never be stopped, she has no choice but to keep an eye on her, and most especially her brother [/cough/and Baekhyun/cough/].
■ interactions | Basically, their interactions would just be sending daggers to each other, and what they call "stabbing someone by the use of eye contact". They would also only interact when EXO will have fan meetings, etc., and both of them attend the said event. Joorim would normally ignore her, but since Haebyeol has this "aura" that Joorim hates, she couldn't do anything but to just glare at her; observing what Haebyeol might do to leave a good impression to her brother and Baekhyun. Meanwhile, Haebyeol in return, because of the fact that she doesn't know that Joorim's Suho's sister, would normally smile to her in a mocking way, thinking that she just might be jealous about her because she's just too pretty and now she's talking to EXO, but if she's having a bad time, would roll her eyes; thinking "why the heck does this girl hate me so much?". Never did Joorim try to approach her, because of her thinking that "if I argue with this girl, she would drag me down to her level", which is, in Joorim's mind, a level of an immature fangirl. Haebyeol also, didn't try to approach Joorim; thinking "oh, look at this poor child, not having the chance to talk to my lovely oppas."
■ why are you rivals? | Fiirst meeting. They met at EXO's very first showcase in Korea, and they were in a line; Joorim was just at the back of Haebyeol, and on front of Haebyeol was her friends. Haebyeol, feeling excited, and conceited, said "Kyaaaa~ I can't wait to meet them~! Especially Suho oppa, /kyaaaa~ Girls, do I look good? Wait 'till Suho-oppa sees me, kyaaaaa I bet he'll fall for me~". Joorim, hearing the word Suho, replied "Excuse me, miss, but there are thousands of people there, and the stage's meters away from the fans, it would be impossible for him to see you... and instantly fall for you." which Haebyeol immediately replied "Heol? Impossible?! You--- wait, I bet you're one of those people that call themselves fans. Well guess what? Wake up! It would be impossible for him not to notice me, I mean just look at me!" After that incident, Joorim swore to never converse with immature, senseless fans like her. Not only because of their first meeting, but also because of selfisness. Joorim would be enraged [only on the inside] when she sees Junmyeon with girls that does skinship too much, and not to mention Haebyeol. Meanwhile, Haebyeol would be annoyed by Joorim's piercing stare towards her because of Haebyeol's obvious affection towards Junmyeon, and also because of her one-liner that Joorim was already sick to hear; "Suho-oppa's mine and mine only!". What made Joorim hate her more is, the fact that Haebyeol's slowly getting interested in Baekhyun, which is also slowly getting on her nerves.

Nice timing, calling when I'm completely haggard, she thought. She answered it, and it was no other than her brother, Junmyeon. "Oppa! Why the sudden call?" she asked. "Oh, Good Morning to you, too. Yes, I'm doing fine, great actually." Junmyeon said sarcastically, and Joorim just playfully rolled her eyes. "Yeah yeah. You always call. So, what's up, brotha?" she said, smiling. "Why do you look so... messy?"

There he is! Why are you-- Oh! Are you Junmyeon-hyung's sister? Wow, you look alike." a guy with a ton of eyeliner on said. "Baekhyun-ah, can't you see we're having a---" "Suho-hyung, introduce her to us!" the one with the curly hair said, smiling from ear to ear. "Annyeonghaseyo, Suho-hyung's sister!" the tan-skinned said. The one with owl-like eyes just nodded. "Suho, is she younger than me?" the poker-faced guy said. "Guys! Settle down! This is Joorim, and Sehun-ah, I'll get you next time." Junmyeon said, and Sehun just realized what he just did. "Ani, ani, It's totally fine, oppa. I'll be going now, actually." Joorim said, and Junmyeon nodded and mouthed a ppali, but before they both can end the call Baekhyun suddenly said, "WAIT!" which caught all of their attention. "Joorim-ssi, can I get your number?" "MWO?" Junmyeon and Joorim said in unison. Baekhyun just smiled giddily, and the rest of the boys laughed. "Waah, you two really are siblings. I'm just kidding, Joorim-ssi. Have a nice day!" Baekhyun said with a smile, and waved. "Not funny, Baekhyun." Junmyeon said, and ended the call.
■ interactions | At first, Joorim would act all professional and serene, but after a while she'll either be laughing and joking around, or annoyed and is trying to catch a running Baekhyun; it depends whether Baekhyun will be funny or whiny. Baekhyun, though, will act all goofy and childish from start to finish; to everyone, actually, but he's a wee bit crazier when with Joorim because he secretly likes Joorim's Joorilla side. He doesn't know why, maybe because she suddenly pouts in a cute way even though her eyes are sending daggers to him. You could say that their relationship is the love-hate one, but like what they say, "the more you hate, the more you love".
