I have to say, Raya celebration at school was very different than last year's. For one, I'd just fINISHED READING THE FAULT IN OUR STARS AND I AM MAD BC I DID NOT CRY I MEAN MY FRIENDS CRIED WHY DID I NOT CRY WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME

I realize it's almost a year since my last blog post and probably an eternity since my last fanfiction update, but I really needed to put my feelings in words. Many things have happened this year; some good and some bad, some of which have become the reason I don't post anymore. I'm sitting for my o-levels this year, and oral exams for another HELLA BIG EXAMINATION HAVE STARTED AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT IM SUPPOSED TO READ FOR ARABIC LANGUAGE ORAL EXAMS WELP FUC

Eid celebration this year at school was very lively for our juniors, really, having a big party at the hall (but all they played were raya songs kill me pls). So... I have finished reading these books this year: The Book Thief, VALIS, The Third Secret, Timeline, I'll Be Seeing You, The Beach, The Poison Diaries, Adaptation (by MALINDA LO AND EXCEPT FOR THE PACING HOLY BAGS I RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO READ THIS BOOK WITH A PASSION) and a book by Dyan Sheldon... and I have Miss Peregrine, Binny for Short and The Great Gatsby (one year later I still haven't finished this book and I'm kind of ashamed bye) on my reading list. RIGHT NOW I AM READING THE TIME TRAVELER'S WIFE I LOVE IT

Also since it's exam season (FOUR CONSECUTIVE MONTHS OF EXAMS, MY DARLINGS) and I'm a highly sensible person I have started watching a few shows this year: Orphan Black (wHICH HAS TAKEN OVER MY LIFE, DAMN YOU MASLANY), Doctor Who (... THE TIME TRAVELER'S WIFE GODDAMNIT), Lost Girl (also has taken over my life), The Blacklist, Liv & Maddie (surprisingly I enjoyed this), Young & Hungry (eMILY OSMENT IS ALL GROWN UP GUYS), The Mentalist (i'm still in the middle of season 2 tho), 2 Broke Girls (also still in season 2)... among many others
