He has a tattoo on his arm that says “冰炭 相爱” (a love quote that has to do with charcoal and ice but I can’t translate it well haha)

personality » To start off Dongjae is very arrogant. He becomes very egotistical when it comes to his intelligence in pretty much everything. The boy didn't play around in school or his hobbies so, he will correct you with no problem. He puts himself first when it comes to most things but don't get him wrong he knows when to step off that pedestal he's always standing on. He is also very judgmental and will let you know about yourself, though he won't try to change you because its not his life nor problem. Being determined is something he does based off his mood otherwise he's a lazy . He is very open minded, come to him with anything and he'll listen. This doesn't mean he'll full out agree but he'll listen. Aside from his strong character he can be very forgetful. Can't for the life of him remember certain things and easily looses others. His mind is always running a mile a minute and is the main cause of his forgetfulness. He is also easily distracted which also plays in the whole forgetful dilemma. Another thing is that he's easy to annoy, so fair warning. He has a temper and will go off at the littlest thing, and he knows when he has stepped over the line and will apologize for it. He's a guy with dignity, he doesn't take the bull of others and he's just someone good to have around. He's all about that give and take so if you want respect give respect.

Trainee's Experience » Having done a bit a modeling before becoming a trainee daejong's face was out there a little weither it be on tv or magazines people noticed him. So, having to audtion wasn't entirely nessacery for some companys. SM Entertainment scouted him him from one of his modeling gigs and wanted to make him into model / actor. Dae trained at SM for two years before leaving the company for personal reasons. He started modeling once again but focused more on college, he really wanted to get his degree out of the way so he could attemp to do something with that which in the end didn't fully work out. His interest in music became harder to dismiss so he allow himself once again to be scouted. This time to the rookie company A-Clever which is where he stayed. After joining their trainee program he got a bit more work as a cf model and did more magazine spreads as well. He made a name for himself within the company. Of course he trained more in the vocal department whenever he could and had the chance to be supporting vocals for some idols during live performances and albums.

background » Dongjae grew up like any other ordinary only child who had, and still have, both their parents. He did good in school, Mr. Valedictorian, and moved around a lot based on his parents jobs. His interest varied from music, sports, human behavior, and a lot of things. He was active in anything he found remotely interesting. So he played sports, was in a art show here and there, and even did musicals. He also did band all four years of high school so he could pick up a few instruments. Drums and flute are the two he really liked.

        He moved to South Korea after the last year of high school and got accepted to Seoul University where he chose to study Psychology. And, after that he went about his life studying and working when he can, he would sometimes play a show at a local coffee shop when they needed someone for such purposes. Thats where he got scouted to become a model for  some upcoming brand so he modeled for them every now and again. He soon started bring in cash from other deals he would succed in getting.  Shortly after he was snagged up by SM Entertainment, and sent to training to become a actor. During the two years with SM he had to hold off on school and focus on training and the abundance of jobs coming in at the time. 

      Dongjae soon became tired with having his everyday life planned to the T for him so he voiced his opinion and left SM and returned to America to stay with his family for a year. Moving back to America to him was a big mistake. He really wanted to be out in the world alone without his parents help so whne he came back it seem he took three giant steps back. So, after the year he went back to Seoul and went back to school trying to finish his degree. 

        Once coming back in getting back into the motion off things, he still didn't feel comfortable. To balance out his life he needed music before it was just okay to play at the  coffee shop but now he wants something bigger. Just a taste of the lime light SM gave him made him straving for more but not really knowing of other companies to go to he was stuck. He continued on until a scout from a rookie company happen to encounter him. He trained with them for three more years and here he is now.

personality »  diligent, easygoing, open minded, and sheltered. -- Jonghyun is a A class person. He's friendly, hardworking and fun to be around. He knows what he wants to do in life and won't let others stand in his way. He jokes around just to make others smile and is a competitive little who would hunt you down if you've wronged him in anyway. His life outside of music is the most precious to him, his family. It's also the most private, he rarely talks about his family because he becomes easily home sick. Of course he has his bad points like being very hard headed. Also someone who is a bit distant at times, he shys away from situations he can't control and tends to watch from afar. He is also a bit hot headed he'll blow up in a second but easily tame the fire. Meaning he can control his anger very easily.

love story » They met when Daejong was in the process of working with a artist on a song that did not get to be brought to life sadly. Though they got together a couple of times after this  and soon developed a friendship with one another. They now spend a lot of time with eachother, getting food or coffee, sharing songs and composing with one another as well. They spent so much time together that Daejong developed what is called a small crush on the blond dinosaur. Though Daejong doesn't think he'll end up saying anything about it because he doesn't know if he feels the same.

comments/suggestions » You may give him a persona because I don't use them to describe my characters because I never come up with goods ones besides the overused ones so if you'd like please do give him one.  Also sorry for the slopiness, my laptop's fan is on the verge of giving out and i've been doing this in chuncks while trying to scrap up money to get it fix and what not before school so i can get summer homework done and all in between so sorry.
