normally i don't write blogposts unless it's really important.

so what i want to announce here is that i'll be taking a longer time to update my stories due to my health reasons. for that, i hope all my readers/subscribers would be patient with me. the fics i'm working on currently, i'll try my best to finish them up before my holiday ends.

the story is that i went to see an optometrist today to get my new pair of spectacles. when i tried them on, i realized that the vision in my right eye was a bit off, so i told the staff there and they checked my vision again. then, the optometrist told me that the short sightedness difference between my two eyes are very big and that i have a very high possibility of having an eye condition called 'lazy eye'. it's true that the power of short sightedness in my right eye is high (3.50) compared to my left eyesight that is nearly perfect (0.75) except for a little astigmatism. so basically, i'm just using one of my eye to see and do daily life stuffs and if i don't fix my 'bad eye' soon, my vision would go impaired and if worse comes to worst, i might go blind. i'm not sure about genetics tho but i'm fearing so since my aunt (from my father's side of the family) has this 'lazy eye' condition and she's just using one eye to see while the other is blind.

immediately, my mother bought me to see a specialist after that. i did a thorough eye assessment, the specialist told me there wasn't any major problems with my eyes (she didn't say it wasn't lazy eye tho) but she gave me a warning that i need to take care of my eyesight better to prevent it from getting worse (i think she meant before my right eyes goes blind). bad news is my 3d test wasn't good and that's dangerous when i do my daily life things e.g. like driving (she said that my ability of judging the distance would be off). the specialist even said that i need to limit the usage of devices like laptop/computer/handphones. also, i'll be doing my eye exercise regularly.

so yeah ... by the end of this blogpost, i hope everyone understands. i am not leaving because this fandom is very precious to me and also i've met many lovely and kind people here. however, if anything bad happens - i'm going to take a temporary hiatus from writing.
