So today was supposed to be the day I have my interview and we were late leaving out and unfamiliar with location so we used our navigation system and it took us to the wrong place, and I was late and decided to call the dental office and tell them I was going to be late and guess what?....My interview is tomorrow. I feel like my life has been saved but my mother just had to bring me down when I told her I was late even after the fact I told her the interview wasn't  today and it's tomorrow.

She was like "How late were you and that makes you look bad" and blah blah blah with all her bull (she pissed me off) and I'm  thinking to myself, couldn't  you at least be happy for me that this opportunity has not gone out the window and I'll get there on time with the right directions?! Like what the hell, I'm  only 18 and I have a lot of growing up to do and life to expericence. I'm  not saying it would've  been acceptable for me to be late because I'm  yound but they expect more out of adults who have experienced more in life.
