It's just happen to me.. it's been four years I've waiting for him and now I think it's the right time to let him go because if I don't it will hurt me more.. :(

I get your feelings here! But if you have to give that person up, eventually you will have to let go.
I would say it's better to quickly let go and deal with the pain rather than letting the feeling drag on! Purely my opinion though! :)
