I got second place

So I entered this contest for this one company. And the main prize was $5,000 

You make a video in which you tell them what you are passionate about.

They announced the winner yesterday, and it wasn't me.

HOWEEEVVVERRRRR, the company sent me an email that was like, "Oh hey, your story was undeniably inspiring and we know you are passionate, so we decided to give you second place AND GIVE YOU $1,000"

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE WON SOMETHING THAT HAD TO DO SOMETHING WITH MONEY!!!

And this is a real company (It sells organic facial products!)

I'm so happy, and so absolutely thankful!

What's cooler is that $1000 was all I really needed to spend to buy a camera and lens (stuff that is needed for art).

I've recieved such an amazing blessing! :)
