Now I'm going to point out some little mistakes.

For #1. "an" is actually a vowel. This is because it is able to attach itself to a consonant, thus it is deemed as a vowel; even though 'an' by itself can be a word as well. Does this make sense?

For #3. For "weǐ", the tone placement is incorrect. The tone should be placed on the "e".
