size 14 and above are readable fonts... I think for fonts you could just use the regular ones just nothing fancy as some people prefer to read like arial or something along the line...
As for length of the chapter maybe 1000 words? if you're counting... or maybe even less? for me I like to write about 1300 words per chapter and maximum of 30 chapters... I dont really prefer reading like those 60 and above chapters maybe if the storyline captures my attention then maybe I will tolerate it.
I suggest not using script fonts for the whole story because their hard to read and understand. It's fine in certain situations such as reading/writing a letter or Titles. It may look pretty but it just distracts the reader and makes the story harder to understand.
I personally enjoy a good, long fic :D But the length is what you're comfortable with writing.
I think font size 14 is okay, while Times New Romans is a good font to write in, but the default font is fine as well. I don't have anything to say about chapter length but you can preview your chapter and try to read it in one sitting and make adjustments from there.
