No pain no gain

Today was hell for my body...

1.) this morning at 9 I had Jujitsu classes until 12 in the afternoon,

which it isn't bad at all except that we learned new moves today that !!
(If you are the one it is being done too)

So yeah its not a big deal, and that was a fine way to start my day

 

but than I got the urge That I needed to run 4 miles.. Why I have no freaking clue.

 

Than Lastly.. Kickboxing..

That after everything today DESTROYED ME!

And so many God Dang drills..

 

But I have to do it, No Pain No Gain..

 

Ugh But I see an Ice bath in my future and a massage :)

To all of you who fight, you know exactly the soreness I'm talking about lol

Oh my God, don't remind me xD
On Thursday, we had PE and I ran a lot because it was football. And then, I ran home, up a very steep hill, and I barely rested, and then, I did every single thigh gap exercise there is, and now, I can barely move my legs {T_T}

Omg yes I use to do boxing and damn it made me sore but I haf to quit so ya but its worth the pain

I swim so I can kind of relate with the crazy intense workouts so I kind of feel your pain. Except half of our workouts we're dying from lack of oxygen in the water
