RULES

ONE — respect everyone in the roleplay.
TWO — one character per person. you can only switch twice.
THREE — be active at least three times a week or you're out. new members who
               don't reach 50 tweets in 2 days will be kicked out.
FOUR —  and yuri are allowed. facechasing is stupid don't do it.
FIVE —  goes straight to dm.
SIX — no unnecessary drama. especially not ooc.
SEVEN — this is a closed roleplay. pw is your favorite season.
EIGHT — tell admins if you are going on hiatus or leaving. max hiatus time is 
               one month. there is no max semi-hiatus time but you are expected to
               tweet every once in a while.
NINE — golden rule: do not piss the admins off or you'll be sorry you exist. we're
             mostly nice though, so don't worry. : )
 

HOW TO JOIN

one — read the rules carefully and subscribe. upvotes are loved!!!! do it pls. < 3
two — choose an available character. please fulfill our wishes if possible.
three — comment below asking to be the character. reservations are 2 days 
               unless there is a special excuse. please do not delete your comment
               after you've been accepted.
four — make your account. u/n format: @nameskl or @name_skl. 
               include 'skyline' somewhere in your bio.
five — follow the base and admins. mention the base to be verified.
six — once verified, follow everyone else through the base's following list.
seven — talk to everyone, have fun, and stay active!
